5.00Great communication prior to tour. Carlos was early which was perfect. Informative during the ride and patient while we visited the sites. Unfortunately we were unable to see the blue grotto because the water too choppy but it was not guide’s fault. Recommend.

3.00That it’s expensive. We were expecting a guide to 3 venues to enhance our experience of Malta. We got a driver. No problem with him but £250 is a lot for 4 hours. The destinations were interesting but we had to pay extra for the boat and the archaeology museum. Someone is taking too much profit.

Bad trip time organization

3.00Very good sights, Hgar, Blue Grotto and Mdina. However our excursion started at 6:00am and was scheduled to go to 10:00am. However we could not get into two of the locations until 9:00am. So we had to wait for 45 minutes to an hour. Then ended up going over time by an hour since we had to wait. So excursion ended up going to 11:00am due to no fault of ours. Driver said he needed to charge an extra EUR50 since were over time. I do not feel this was our fault but bad organization of the trip. I am asking Viator to refund our EUR50.

5.00Perfect way to explore Malta! Our driver, Rrapo, was excellent. He picked us up at the hotel closest to cruise port - we were able to customize our day and ended up seeing everything we wanted! It was a very hot day and we appreciated the air conditioned car.
