20 euro for a 40 minute low budget documentary... save your money and watch a better one on youtube.... Ok to escape the rain.

The cinema screening was 8nvormative and entertaining. You learned a lot about the history of malt and the German audio guide you could choose on the headphones was first class. The technique may not be Up 2 Date but perfectly ok, the rows of seats could be a little further apart. It's a little tight at 182. But now for the best part of it all. The subsequent guided tour of the old hospital. Anna, you were fantastic. I have participated in many tours and many countries but have never had such fun. She was informative and funny and you could tell how much you liked sharing the information. In addition, in the best understandable English I have ever heard, often English or American guides have the problem of not understanding them well because of their local dialects. It was perfect with you. Thank you

Very good summarizing the history of Malta without going into detail to make for young and old a pleasant time to spend

I only went because it was raining. Boy was I wrong. Story presented in the AV show is excellent and of the highest quality and you get a tour afterwards giving access to normally off limits areas. The guide who I had was extremely knowledgeable and very personable.

I didn't get much from the primary film but I was grateful for the live tour afterward. I guess we were lucky as the next day it was closing for a few days for a special event. That seems to be the protocol here in Valletta with short notice at Heritage sites. I wouldn't recommend going just for the film.

Expensive for what it was. Crowded and big queue outside. Headset didn’t properly and buzzed. Don’t waste your money on this.

Booked this with the military museum next door. Decided to come here first. We had 4 children aged 17, 16, 15 and 10. Comfy seats and a huge screen. Head phones provided and you select your language. History from the start right through to now. My children literally went in knowing nothing about Maltas history and came out both engaged and excited to learn more - they all said they had no idea what Malta had gone through over the years. Meant that the military museum afterwards was much more interesting to them. Well done to whoever put this film together and thank you for making my children so interested in Maltas history!

5d? Good history lesson but that's it! My understanding of 5d is an immersive experience involving sound,light,movement of the seats,smells,wind,fog. All this is ,is a video which you can hardly watch because the technology is not there. Save yourself a trip. And lots of cash. £30.00 for 3 people should have been half that at most! Appreciate the effort but,seriously need to reinvest into that business
It's the best first step to learn all about the incredible history of Malta.

We enjoyed sitting in the cool on a hot day to watch the film. Interesting history of Malta. After that our guide took us into the theatre space for a further talk, then led us to the hospital (two levels) giving further explanation. The guide was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the visit.
