2.00This self-guided tour was not very good. You had to first download an App (which took some time) then use it as you wandered about the castle alone. The narrative would start when you put your phone to your ear, but if you moved it, even slightly, it would start over. The directions were not clear as to which room to enter next so we were in the wrong room/wrong narrative several times. This is a terrible way to see such a beautiful palace. This needs to be reworked into a more visitor friendly experience.
