  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Unforgettable Day Exploring Marseille and Cassis! From the moment we stepped off the ship in Marseille, the tour was seamless, engaging, and filled with breathtaking sights. Our guide Anthony was knowledgeable and friendly, giving us just the right mix of history, local flavor, and fun facts. The drive along the coast to Cassis was absolutely stunning — dramatic cliffs, sparkling blue water, and charming little villages tucked into the hills. Cassis itself felt like a hidden gem, with its colorful harbor, quaint cafés, and relaxed vibe. We even had a bit of free time to stroll the marina and take in the views. Back in Marseille, we made a stop at Four des Navettes, the oldest bakery in the city, to sample their famous orange blossom biscuits. They were unlike anything we’ve ever tasted — light, fragrant, and absolutely delicious. A true Provençal treat! One of the most moving parts of the tour was visiting Marseille’s cathedrals. The Basilique Notre-Dame de la Garde was a standout — perched on a hill with panoramic views of the city and the sea. . We also got to see the Cathédrale de la Major, another architectural marvel that blends Romanesque and Byzantine styles. Overall, this tour was the perfect balance of scenic beauty, cultural depth, and authentic local experiences. Highly recommend to anyone stopping in Marseille or looking to explore more than just the port!

  We just spent an amazing day visiting Aix-en-Provence, Cassis and Marseille with Nathalie. She is warm, friendly, knowledgeable, vivacious and absolutely delightful with a great sense of humour. My whole family loved her. Based on our requests, she planned the perfect itinerary. She was waiting for us at the Marseilles port terminal when we arrived by boat, and whisked us off in her very comfortable Mercedes van to her beautiful home town of Aix-en-Provence. She showed us all the charming sights and helped us buy some locally crafted hand painted clay figurines in the Christmas markets, She also kindly helped us buy essential pharmacy items we needed. Our next stop was Cassis, where she took us to a breathtakingly beautiful view at Cap Canille, followed by a wonderful bouillabaisse lunch at a fantastic restaurant on the waterfront (my husband’s request). As we wound our way back to Marseille, she took us to Notre Dame de la Garde, Vieux Port and numerous other lovely sights. She delivered us back to port in excellent time. We will treasure this wonderful day we spent with Nathalie.

  We had Another Amazing private tour with Nathalie Smith. We were with her last year with friends and did the Provence area. This year my husband and I went on a cruise so we were with her from 9am till around 4pm. She took us to some incredible views overlooking Cassis and then into the town where market day was happening. We shopped and had lunch overlooking the water then went to a beautiful church on a moutain top. Next we toured Marseille to sightsee and stopped at gorgeous locations for pictures before returning to our ship. It was definitely the BEST tour of our entire 2 week cruise. Nathalie is fantastic and will organize your tour based on your request or plan it for you to see the Best places based on your timeframe if you have never been to the area. We HIGHLY recommend using Nathalie because she is SO friendly, accommodating, speaks great English and many other languages.

  Natalie was a very informative FUN guide to spend the day with. We actually hired her 3 days in a row. She took us wine tasting one day and to the luberon villages another day. She is easy to talk to, very knowledgeable about the areas and a great driver! I would highly recommend her to everyone.
