1.00There were 4 of us that paid for a massage on the beach. What this company neglected to say is they have one guy doing the massages. So we would have been there for 4 hours. It was a beach that had rip-tides & it was too dangerous to swim there. He gave 3 of us a 45 minute massage & we couldn’t stay any longer because we had to get back to the cruise ship. They refused to give me a refund because I should have known that it would take 4 hours. I know that Viator is not to blame. We booked with them for all our trips & have always had a great time. But this was horrible service of the massage company. They were rude when I asked for a refund.

5.00the location of the massage was on a beach that you can’t swim in because of the rip tides, so that was disappointing. It was trick to find our masseuse because it was on public beach places where they set up in the trees but once we found him it was a nice relaxing place with the sound of the waves in the back ground. We booked 4 massages at 11a but when we got there only one masseuse showed up and we don’t have enough time to be there for 4 hours. We are so working on getting a refund for one massage we couldn’t fit in. The masseuse was awesome and great massage! It was just a different experience than it advertised to be.

1.00I did not get a chance to participate in the massage. The meeting info was not correct. I had another appointment on my cruise ship and had to return.

5.00Experience not to be missed! I booked this massage by imagining a rather touristic moment, when we pay more than the service. It is not so, it was the best of my life! Everything is there ... the place is perfect, out of sight, with an exceptional view. Karell is perfect, hyper pro, caring, tender and firm at the same time, with immense know-how. The massage does a lot of good in the moment but also afterwards because Karell manages to resolve tensions. We are lulled to the sound of waves and soft music... I will necessarily do it again when returning to the island and I can only recommend this exceptional price quality massage (about 2 times cheaper than in metropolis for a less successful massage) Thank you so much!
