My experience with TravelThru was great. Both transfers were good, fast, and safe! However, be sure to allow extra time for your airport pick up as immigration can take 2 hours in itself, and the drivers told me they are usually only supposed to wait for 1 hour past the landing time.

I booked my transfer through Viator and the process was quick and straightforward, with clear communication from both TravelThru and Premier Mauritius Holidays. Our driver, Zameer, contacted us on WhatsApp the day before, explained the meeting point and reassured us he would wait until we cleared airport formalities. The car was clean, spacious and comfortable, and he drove safely while sharing interesting insights about Mauritius and answering our questions. The service felt reliable, well organised and very good value compared to other options online. I’d happily recommend it to other travellers — just make sure you have WhatsApp for smooth communication.

Manoj our driver texted day before pick up, which was reassuring. He arrived on time which was great. Smooth ride to airport. Also helped with taking bags out of back. All in all great service
