Times of lunches and dinner were so uncomfortable. We had dinner at 6pm which I found it to be very early in a hot day and the day after they took us for lunch at 11.30! I didn’t eat as I wasn’t hungry. The van was so smelly and therefore unpleasant. The guide didn’t say much, he wasn’t talking for the majority of the trip, and I had already read all he said on my guide book. I think there’s a lot to improve: schedule and timings, content of guide’s explanations (impact of global warming on the Mekong delta Etc.), van maintenance. They did not arrange a transfer to our hotel which was again uncomfortable as we had to reach their office ourselves.

We were surprised when we had to wait For another bus to continue the second part of the trip. We were even more surprised when on our return journey the guide did not come along and we were unable to communicate with the bus diver who dropped us at a place we were not familiar and had to find our way back to the hotel.
