In this cooking class, you will learn how to prepare some of Mexico’s most iconic dishes. You will discover how to make salsas, tortillas, mole, guacamole, and more. Each dish is a reflection of Mexican culture, telling a story through its ingredients and preparation. You will be guided through the process of selecting ingredients, understanding their significance, and learning the traditions behind each recipe. After preparing the dishes, you’ll have the chance to enjoy the vibrant flavors of Mexico on your plate. This is a hands-on experience that allows you to immerse yourself in the rich culinary heritage of Mexico while cooking with love and care.

We had a fantastic experience with Jazmin, cooking sopes, chicken enchiladas with mole sauce and ceviche. Everything was informative, delicious and hands-on fun! My absolute favourite was the mole sauce, something I plan to try making again at home. I also loved the ceviche! We tasted Mexican hot chocolate, mescal and had a cold Corona with our meal. Everything was excellent- highly recommend!

Definitely one of the best side excursions I took while in Puerto Escondido. Jazmin is a wonderful instuctor and the food was delicious. Add that to being able to cook with others and the experience was phenomenal. Very highly recommended!

This class was the perfect combination of delicious, educational, and fun. Jazmin is a wonderful cook and instructor and she speaks perfect english for those who don't know spanish. We learned how to make Molé, christmas tamales, sopas, and about the mexican stories of these foods. If i could, i would take this class many times over. Highly recommend you spend an afternoon in the kitchen with Jazmin, you won't regret it!

What to say...Everything was perfectly fine! Jazmin is very nice host and her explanation and cuisine was amazing. There was only a sudden change of location but it's nothing to change my rating because it was something nobody could influence. The suprising bonus of my course was meet with a great chef also from Europe which made my lesson even more fascinating! Thanks to all three guys participating and sharing the experiences there. Well recommended!

Honestly an amazing experience! Jazmin is a lovely and stunning host! A really warm and kind person who shares her recipes she inherited from her mother. Kudos to her!! Definitely a must when you visit Puerto Escondido! 🫶🏻
