  They were on time and followed the schedule. We got enough time in Key West to explore the island and the bus ride was quite smooth. The seats were very comfortable too.

• Poor customer service. Would not recommend.

  Our driver had heart issues and they had to call another driver which they said it would be 25 minutes. It took an hour. Driving along, our bus broke down an hour outside of Key West. They said it would be another hour waiting on a bus for another bus. My family and I got an uber to get to key west since it’s only a day trip. I called the company to see about reimbursing the Uber cost and the representative hung up the phone on me. Very rude. Poor customer service. Would not recommend using.

  Driver got sick. Had to wait 30 minutes for another driver. Bus broken down an hour before reaching key west. Had to wait an hour to get replacement bus. Activity got cancelled. One of the worst I have taken through Viator.

  We wanted to spend some time away from Miami Beach,we found it in Key West. Driver arrived on time. Key west is a charm town, it was easy to get around. Best part we enjoyed our ride on Olde Town Trolley.

  4 members of our group, 2 separate reviews; reviewer #1: This activity's Overview / What's included sections stated the following: a. Following hotel pickup, travel aboard your comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle, with live narration to introduce the region's highlights and history. What we encountered: AC was barely working on lower level, saw several passengers were using paper fans / paper bags to try to create a breeze & cool themselves down; Outlets to charge electronic devices were not working; tour guide spent way more time on narration of Motorcoach's restroom etiquette do's & don'ts (inappropriate) than on the region's highlights and history (minimal at best); b. Map of Key West and Guide knowledge on what to do/see and how to get around - no map & minimal knowledge on what to do / see was provided by our Guide. The tour guide was less than informative, not extremely helpful. Once in Key West & off the motorcoach, experiencing the vibrancy of the island independently was fantastic. reviewer #2: The time in Key West was wonderful and our Trolley Tour made the day very memorable and fun. •However, the tour could have been better if o Orlando had not spent so much reviewing the do’s and don’ts of using the toilet  Providing simple hand sanitizer would have been appreciated o There had actually been some historical information shared about Key West and the surrounding areas o Better instructions could have been provided for what to do at arrival to obtain tickets, etc.  Running to keep up with Orlando upon arrival made for a stressful beginning o Better explanation that drop-off and pick-up locations were not the same o More professional response to a son’s request for a little additional time for his parents to get back to the motorcoach other than ‘can your parents take a taxi to Miami?’ Cause of delay - Sloppy Joe’s waitress lost parent’s credit card resulting in frantic search/recovery and delay in getting back to motorcoach  A little empathy would have been appreciated o A/C issues on the bottom floor o No stop on the return and following rules for use of toilet deterred most of us from using it o All seats need to work properly o Getting an actual receipt for the credit card payment for Trolley tour would have been appreciated vs. watching Orlando manually filling out a sheet with credit card information.
