  I was fortunate to have Pamela as my tour guide. She is very knowledgeable about Quito and the surrounding areas. With Pamela as my guide and expert driver, I visited the Middle of the World Monument (Mitad del Mundo). There is a small museum of indigenous history within the monument, that Pamela was familiar with and added additional information. After this, we ascended by cable car, approximately 13,000 feet above sea level for spectacular views of Quito! What a pleasant time I had with Pamela! I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation!

  Christian was a fabulous guide on our Middle of the World adventure!! For anyone interested in learning more about the equatorial history of Ecuador, or just really wanna see some cool spots for the Gram, I would highly recommend this tour. Being surrounded by mountains, and yet seeing them from a bird's eye view is nothing short of spectacular.

  Half day tour. Afternoon pick up works perfectly if you don’t want an early start. Pamela my guide was brilliant. Very knowledgeable of all things Ecuador. Born in Quito- she gives great insight.

  This tour was great! Pamela was a fantastic guide and wanted us to have the best experience possible. She was kind and the knowledge she shared was extensive, we learned a lot. Had fun too! I would highly recommend this tour if you want to experience the Mitad del Mundo as well as seeing the city of Quito from the cool vantage point of the cable car. Grateful we found this tour!

  This tour hit all of the elements if you want to experience the Middle of the World. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of the area and how to maximize seeing it all in an uninterrupted way. The monument and grounds was awe-inspiring and then the more commercialized village had some interesting aspects with the hemisphere experiments.

  We had an amazing tour with our guide, Pamela. She picked us up at our hotel and immediately started sharing information with us. Her English is excellent and she was able to answer all of our questions. She gave us good advice for how to structure our tour with visiting the cable car first to get the best views of Quito. She explained all of the different neighborhoods we could see and how they came into existence. Then she took us to the Equator Museum and explained all of the surrounding area with its food specialties. As we drove to the Mitad del Mundo monument she showed us the local stands selling the local food. She also recommended the current bread that is only made during early November for their local festival. She gave us a thorough tour of the monument with detailed explanations of all the indigenous people and all of the different regions in Ecuador. I was amazed at her detailed knowledge. She also let us have a quick stop at a store to get some local products. On top of that, she took many photos for us and recommended local food and restaurants we might enjoy. I would highly recommend this tour given by this guide. You should definitely request Pamela as your guide!

  Ricky, our guide, was really helpful and knew everything and everybody everywhere we went! The Intiñan Museum was so interesting learning the scientific facts about the effects of the equator with fun experiments to do as well. The TeleférQo Cable Car was great especially looking out over Quito from the swing at the top.
