Amazing Experience in the World's Largest Wine Cellar

5.00This is a "must do" experience when visiting Chisinau. The largest wine cellar in the world is quite something to behold. 1.5 million bottles of wine!! The knowledgeable guide provided details of the origin of the cellar, the processes involved, who kept their wines in the cellars and much more. At the end of the tour there was an individual plate of meats and olives plus three glasses of wine - red, white and dessert. Dasha was a very safe driver and collected me from the hotel. She provided much interesting information about Chisinau and Moldova which I would otherwise not have known.

5.00We had a good tour with our lovely guide. We saw many interesting things and learned a lot about how wine is produced and stored. The guide explained everything clearly and in an engaging way. The wine tasting at the end was absolutely fantastic and a perfect finish to the experience.

5.00Both tour guides Liliya and Gloria were great! Liliya went above and beyond when we missed our train. She sent us a taxi, at her own expense, to go to bus station to resume travels. THANK YOU, Liliya!
