5.00First and foremost our driver / guide Vaughan was amazing. Greet everyone with cheeriness at 6:30am and kept up the enthusiasm and good will for 13 hours! Amazing. Then there are the stops for awesome vistas all explained and narrated by Vaughan. Finally, and best of all, was the cruise around Milford Sound. The waterfalls, snowy peaks, dolphins, seals, sheer cliffs and pristine waters make for a “bucket list” day.

5.00A coach trip (with stops at scenic spots) and then by boat to visit this exceptional part of New Zealand.
An excellent tour. Stan was a great driver and provided us with an interesting commentary along the way.

5.00A very well organised tour in a comfortable coach. Our coach driver Stan was an excellent driver and kept us informed with procedures and interesting facts. We loved the stops along the way to Milford Sound. The boat trip was great with a very informative commentary and a delicious lunch.
Fabulous full day. Well worth the time and money.

5.00We thoroughly enjoyed our coach and cruise with Keith as our driver. He was so accommodating and knowledgeable and really helped make our day run smoothly. It is a long day, but the time passes quickly with so much to see. I highly recommend this company and trip!

5.00The entire experience was much smoother than I expected, especially for this time of year. For such a long ride with so many travelers and tour buses, the stops were short, well-timed, and straight to the point, which made the trip really enjoyable. I truly feel like we saw everything we could, and even more. Our driver had everything down to a science. I honestly believe that thanks to him, I never felt crowded or anxious at any point. Everything ran smoothly, and traffic never felt overwhelming. We choose the buffet, food was tasty with good variety, I think that the lunch boxes looked good as well, and they had food and drinks to purchase on board as well. Would definitely recommend — 10/10 😀

5.00If you’re going on a trip to Milford sound from Queenstown I would recommend the coach-cruise combination as opposed to the self drive. We got so much information from our guide and the ride is four hours each way. There are stops along the way you’d probably miss if you drove yourself. It’s a no-brainer in my opinion. Our guide Ellie was excellent. Gave us so much information. Our coach ride was super comfortable and smooth thanks to our highly experienced driver, Vaughn, also an extensive source of knowledge. Together they were definitely the A-team. The cruise itself was also excellent, with the crew bringing the boat very close to waterfalls (of which there were many since we went on a rainy day) and valuable commentary.

5.00Great day trip (although a long day, well worth it). You have the opportunity (at extra cost) to fly back to Queenstown from Milford Sound by either fixed wing plane or helicopter, well worth it if a fine day. The driver, (Stan) was excellent with enough dialogue to make the trip fun to be on. Excellent organisation and logistics. Would do this trip again when next in NZ.
