5.00An amazing experience from start to finish. The transfer was comfortable and well organised including amenities offering, and our guide, Ash, was outstanding—knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate throughout the journey. The cruise itself was the highlight, through one of the most beautiful and still untouched natural settings in the world. The service on board was friendly yet professional, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The food offering was very good and provided a nice opportunity to sample some New Zealand flavours. My only suggestion would be to offer a more personalised dining experience rather than shared platters. Overall, a truly memorable experience that I would highly recommend.

5.00Our booking was thru RealNZ for the cruise aboard The Haven. Fantastic cruise, the captain was hilarious so glad i booked with them. The whole experience was an Unbelievable and unforgettable experience. I highly recommend anyone ever thinking of seeing Milford Sound, do it because this will be one experience you will never ever forget.

5.00Beautiful experience through the rural backcountry of the South Island! A good introduction to other nature excursions to revisit later. The boat tour on the sound is filled with natural wonder. Very fun!
The Mariner vessel stood out from the rest with great character

4.00We had a great experience and highly recommend the Mariner vessel for a boat with great character. The crowd size during a May morning was relatively small which made the whole experience comfortable and relaxing. Recommend the 11am time-slot on a clear day as the tour crowds grew by 1pm on our return, making the terminal very crowded.

5.00Fantastic experience. Excellent value for money. Time spent on the coach and on the boat were so enjoyable. Our driver on our coach Ula, provided interesting information around the area of Fiordland and the glaciers. Whilst onboard the Mariner the whole trip was perfect.

5.00Brian was our coach driver. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Made for a great travel experience. The Sound itself is stunning. Definitely a must see. Glad we opted for the coach and cruise.

5.00This trip was far more than a boat ride across Milford Sound. Everything about it was "top shelf", right from making our booking. We were advised of the pick up, 2 minutes away from our motel. The "experience" started as soon as our driver, Pauli, stopped and showed us to our seat. Apparently it was the longest bus in NZ. Very comfortable seats and spotlessly clean windows that curled into the roof. Not only was the view superb, it made everything feel open and light. Pauli kept up a commentary most of the way to Milford. He was probably the best commentator we have ever come across on any trip we have ever been on anywhere. One of his best pieces of advice was that sometimes you should, "put away your camera and just listen, and feel it!" The scenery keeps changing. By the time we were close to the Homer Tunnel it was absolutely pouring. The "valley of 1000 waterfalls" was alive. something need to be seen really "get it" The boat ride was a little disappointing, as it was quite crowded. You need to take a packed lunch as the food choices were fairly "average". However in spite of this it was still quite breath taking. Nowhere is quite like it. I would recommend to everyone.

5.00When it’s raining you get to experience way monster falls, it’s moody and beautiful. Mitch was a great commentator as well
