  We had a great drive/tour with Ash, starting in Te Anau and getting to stop for a few different photo ops along the way. The boat cruise was nice and got very close to a few falls. Food was good, with spacing between tastings to allow us to walk around the ship and see the Sound. Great tour!

I highly recommend this new service for its convenience, comfort, and outstanding hospitality from our tour guide Alee (Altitude) and the entire Real NZ Milford Sound team. 🤩 Our guide, Alee, was fantastic—fun, accommodating, and incredibly helpful throughout the trip. 🤩😎 The Real NZ cruise crew were also wonderful, friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The service, breathtaking views, and delicious food prepared by the onboard chef all deserve a 10/10! 🍷🥩🍨🧑‍🍳👩‍🍳 My parents and I had an unforgettable experience from start to finish. If you’re traveling with family, parents, or loved ones, the Milford Sound Business Class tour by Real NZ is truly the best option for a seamless and memorable adventure.   I visited Milford Sound last October 12 as a solo female traveler, and someone told me beforehand that I might not enjoy it because of the bad weather. I smiled and said, “No bad weather can prevent me from enjoying what God has made.” It rained heavily on our way to Fiordland—misty mountains, dark skies, and waterfalls flowing from every cliff like silver ribbons. I prayed quietly for the rain to stop, and thankfully, it did just in time for our cruise. The wind, however, remained wild! I stood on the roof deck of the Milford Sovereign by RealNZ, holding tightly to the railing as the waves splashed and the wind howled. Despite the weather, I felt nothing but awe. The cliffs towered above like cathedrals, the waterfalls roared with life, and every view felt like a masterpiece of creation. Standing there alone, I whispered, “Thank You, Lord, for letting me witness this with my own eyes.” Thank you, RealNZ, for the safe and wonderful cruise, and Klook, for making it so easy to book even as a solo traveler. Milford Sound was everything I dreamed of and more—a powerful reminder that beauty, courage, and faith shine brightest when you travel alone.

  Excellent cruise to enjoy the untouched beauty of the Milford Sounds. The views are breathtaking, and the waterfalls are superb, the best part is that you get to see them up close.

  Outstanding experience with Real NZ. Since the very first hours during bus trip until the end. Our guide Ferg was very professional and told a very nice stories about the region. Great guy! Astonishing views at Milford and of course during the journey on the road.

  The scenery is outstanding: towering rock faces, rainforest clinging to steep slopes, water flowing into the fjord. Wildlife: marine life such as dolphins, seals; also penguins and bird life in the surrounding area.

  Simply the views and the scenery were stunning. We were ushered in the boat like cattle but the trip was amazing. Lots of room to take in the view from every angle.

  Wow, there's nothing like this experience out there. It felt like I was upgraded to a Business Class flight. hot towels, blankets, and pillows on the gorgeous Mercedes vans, so comfortable. And the service on the cruise, impeccable. I feel so spoilt after experiencing Milford Sound to this calibre.
