5.00We did a Luxe Tour from Queenstown to Milford Sound with our guide Adrian assisted by Kevvie and it was fantastic. Both are New Zealanders and provided an exceptional, insightful commentary throughout the journey. Small group size, the bus was comfortable, the tour was extremely well run as everything ran smoothly and on time. It was the little extras that really stood out - complimentary water bottles and a personalized itinerary you could read at your leisure, thoughtfully describing the various towns we passed through and the points of interest at each stop. Highly recommend this truly premium Milford Sound experience.

5.00Where to start! The glorious weather helped but we had the most spectacular day superbly organised through Luxe Tours. It was seamless, our driver/guide had an easy manner and was extremely well informed. The views on the way to the Sound were great but the best was reserved for the Fjord boat trip then, as we had opted to fly back to Queenstown, the spectacular views from above, along the Sound then up and over the mountains and glaciers - well worth the added cost. Highly recommend both the trip and Luxe Tours.

5.00We’ve just completed the Milford Sound coach tour with scenic flight return and were thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. Communication from booking through to meeting the driver was excellent. The modern 12-seater coach was new, clean, smooth, and very comfortable, with large windows that provided fantastic photo opportunities throughout the scenic drive. Stops were well timed at key viewpoints and rest areas, with the scenery becoming truly spectacular once past Te Anau. Upon arrival at the cruise terminal, everything was exceptionally well organised. Reserved seating meant we had a place to settle straight away, while still allowing us to move freely around the upper decks. We were lucky to have a warm, clear day, and Milford Sound absolutely delivered. After the cruise, we were personally introduced to our pilot and transferred to the airport for a breathtaking 40-minute flight back to Queenstown. The aerial views were simply incredible and something you could never experience any other way. Highly recommend both this tour and the operator for a truly memorable day.

5.00A wonderful experience from start to finish. Comfortable transport, with many stunning scenic stops. Our driver and guide, Tommy was extremely knowledgeable and provided an enthusiastic, interesting commentary, that we all enjoyed. Milford Sound is EPIC and a must see if you are in NZ. Shame I couldn’t fly back, due to conditions, but safety first hey! Thoroughly recommend Luxe Tours. Nichola Snuggs.

5.00Fantastic tour and experience. Adrian our driver and guide was great - loads of information about the area and sights. Plenty of stops along the way for photos and coffee. Very easy day as so well organised - reserved seating on the boat and pre ordered lunch delivered promptly to us onboard.

5.00We had a fantastic experience with this tour company and were truly impressed by their professionalism from start to finish. The pick-up and drop-off were perfectly on time, which made the whole day feel smooth and well organized. The mini bus was very comfortable, and the stops along the way were well planned and enjoyable. A special mention must go to our driver Tommy, who was absolutely outstanding. His knowledge of the local area was excellent, but what really stood out was his knowledge of New Zealand history, wildlife etc was quite extraordinary considering he he is not a NZ local. Tommy shared insightful and interesting information throughout the journey, making the tour both informative and enjoyable. Overall, a highly professional company with exceptional service, and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone.

5.00⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic experience with Luxe Tours on the Queenstown to Milford Sound tour. The communication before, during and after booking was excellent — always quick, clear, and very helpful, which gave us great confidence from the start. The drive is long, but our driver Tommy made it extremely enjoyable. He was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and very professional, which made the journey feel much easier and more relaxed. He even stood in the rain to offer umbrellas to us throughout the tour. We stopped along the way for photos and had plenty of toilet breaks, which was very much appreciated. The van was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with plenty of legroom. Everything felt well organised and smooth throughout the day. On the cruise, we had a reserved table, and we had pre-booked the pie for lunch. I honestly thought it would be average, but it was actually delicious — the pie and the side salad were both surprisingly good. Overall, I am very, very pleased with the company and the tour experience. I would definitely book with Luxe Tours again and would happily recommend them to friends without hesitation.

5.00Luxor Tour provided an amazing experience to my family with real comfort in such a long journey to Milford Sound. The spacious van was great but the most special part was our guide Tommy! He was kind, polite, informative, attentive to details and really inclusive with all of the people in the tour!

5.00This trip is well worth the early start. It’s a long day but you get to experience so much of the different NZ landscape and nature along the way and the bus is really comfy so the journey flies by. Special mention for our guide Tommy. So knowledgeable and thoughtful and offering assistance whenever needed. Don’t worry if it’s raining… makes it even more special as you get hundreds of extra waterfalls. Highly recommend.
