Great Transfer with Cool Stops, Just One Suggestion

We used a transfer service from Southampton to London after our cruise, and it was a great way to travel while still seeing some of the sights along the way. The stops at Stonehenge and Windsor Castle were both amazing—plenty of time to explore, and a really nice way to break up the drive. Our driver was friendly, helpful, and shared some interesting commentary throughout the trip. He also went out of his way to assist a member of our group who had difficulty getting in and out of the vehicle, which we really appreciated. His patience and care made the day much easier for all of us. The only downside was that we were in a larger vehicle, and there wasn’t a speaker system. It made it hard for those of us sitting in the back to hear the driver’s insights, so we had to repeat everything to each other. A microphone or speaker setup would’ve made a big difference. Overall, though, it was a convenient and enjoyable way to travel from the port to London. Definitely recommend it—especially if they add a way for everyone to hear the driver clearly!

From start to finish our driver Tom made the experience memorable. On time, courteous, personable and made sure our group of 6 was comfortable. Stonehenge was very interesting and educational; however, Windsor Castle was the most memorable. The history and stories behind each room of the tour was fascinating. Thank you Tom and Viator for again making our trip worry free.
