5.00The whole experience was wonderful. Experiencing a trip on a sea plane was a bucket list item for us and it didn’t disappoint at all. Take off and landing was a real thrill and we loved it. Once we were at cruising height we marvelled at the vast expanse of Alaska and the lakes hidden in the mountains that we flew over. We were looked after from start to finish and never felt rushed in any way. Thank you.

5.00Took my friends and I quote "one of best experiences of my life!" was the result Steve was our pilot and was excellent, Lesley the owner was so extremely pleasant to deal with, plus Murphy might be the sweetest pup ever!
Fog cancelled our flight, but the company deserves a good review!

5.00Our tour was cancelled due to fog and our ship arriving late. I just wanted to leave a good review as their communication was impeccable and they immediately gave us a refund with no issues at all. Hoping to be back in Ketchikan some day so we can try again!!!!

5.00This is an absolute must-do in Ketchikan! The team was incredibly professional, friendly and informative from the moment we were picked up to the drop off. When we arrived at the port we had all of the information to contact the guide to make sure we were in the right place at the right time. We had a clear, sunny day flying through the fjords and it was breathtaking. The pilot played music through the flight and it was truly emotional taking in the views from the air- pictures don’t do it justice! The highlight experience was when the pilot landed the sea plane in the middle of one of the lakes in the fjord. We had the opportunity to get out of the plane and walk on the legs in the middle of the water and take pictures. I have never experienced such a quiet stillness and beauty. If you are booking this excursion, you have to add the seaplane stop- it was truly a once in a lifetime experience!

5.00THIS WAS AMAZING! I am amazed by how incredible this excursion was! Steve took us up in a float plane, and the views were just BEYOND! We landed in the middle of the fjords and were able to hop out of the plane and take pictures in paradise. I highly recommend anyone booking this experience!

3.00Flying in a seaplane was on my bucket list and I have been waiting for this my whole life! The flight itself and view and nature was incredible. The customer care was not great! I wanted to buy a shirt for my husband after our flight (he is also a pilot) and I needed to use the restroom with my two girls, but we were rushed out of the facility to get on shuttle to downtown, where we didn't even know how to get back to our ship where we were picked up 30 minutes from town. Overall I would recommend doing the flight, but I think the business can take a step back and not rush clients in and out as fast as possible! I do understand schedules and weather, as an aviation business owner myself, but we wanted to spend more time and money in your facility, why make us feel bad and rush us out of there? We spend over $2,000.00 for our family's flight, and the least they can do is give us time to use the restroom and not tell us everyone is waiting outside in the shuttle for us 5 minutes after we got out of the airplane.
