Friendliness and kindness are the calling card that opens the door to the discovery of an oil of superlative quality. We were really impressed by the passion and expertise of the Master Oil Maker who introduced us to the world behind a can of oil. Competence and passion must be recognized and rewarded. 5.00Our tour guide was so much fun and extremely informative. We got such an education on how olive oil is made and how to pick good quality oil. We also had a few pieces of food to show how the oil works with foods. My husband said he never thought he’d be doing shots of olive oil, haha. Of course we bought some to bring home to the US. The only downside was we felt the entrance wasn’t very well marked. We were driving and went past it. It’s just a dirt road to get in and we thought we were going the wrong way.
Not to be missed!

5.00What a lovely experience! Initially we balked at the price, but it’s because we didn’t really understand everything that would be included. It was totally worth it! We learned a tremendous amount about the process of making olive oil, and the history of this place. The tasting was informative, delicious and substantial (we tasted so many different t olive oils and learned how the taste on different foods).

5.00We came to the mill by accident on our way back to our accomodation. We were welcomed very friendly, were shown around and tasted the excellent oil. I Never tasted such a high quality oil - top top top!

5.00We had an amazing time with Amanda. She was both incredibly personable and informative! We truly learned so much about the process of creating their magnificent olive oil, distinguishing true oil from the store-bought and bought some to take home. They have create a delicious, high-quality product...I will be ordering to be shipped stateside. Highly recommend this tour!
