3.00Reliable but the issue I have is that both legs of the trip did not include any water or beer like the description said it would. She apologized for the first leg because I booked it short notice and said on our return we'd receive it. We did not.

5.00Andrea and her team were great. Her company pick us from the airport and drop us off on time and in clean transportation. We also used her company for an excursion. So she can take all you transportation when your in MBJ. It was Wonderful meeting a small business owner that takes proud in what she does.
Prompt service and very clean vehicle.

5.00Great experience with airport transfer. Great communication and prompt service. Andrea met at curbside at the airport and in less than 5 minutes we were loaded in our private van, headed to the resort. Very clean vehicle and friendly driver.

5.00Driver was knowledgeable on time and very polite. Will definitely use in the future. Van was new and well taken car of. Did an additional excursion outside of the airport run and gave me insight information about locals trying to sell you items,

5.00Customer service was PERFECT from the very beginning to the end of our trip. I was so happy to hear that they had car seats as it allowed us to have one less item to travel with. The commute to the resort was very smooth and the driver talked about different communities and highlights along the way. I will book them again for my next trip and us then for all of our commuting needs.

5.00Andrea was friendly, prompt and informative. Her van was clean and cool and she provided water and rum punch. I highly recommend her for airport transfer. She was waiting for us at the airport and our hotel and drove cautiously.
