This is a once in a lifetime experience to see this natural phenomenon of the luminous lagoon. Once you've booked, you will be picked up from your hotel, AirBNB, Guesthouse are where ever you are staying within the Montego Bay area on a 35 minute drive [depending on which hotel you are staying] to the Location where you will be welcome by your host Dennis upon arrival, who will offer you a complimentary drink, a choice of unique blended Jamaican rum punch, or a bottle of naturel spring water before you board the boat, for a short ride out in the lagoon, has the night get darker, the water naturally lights up when you jump in or play with it, don't miss the opportunity to jump in.

you will be in the water for roughly 30 minutes, where you will have a chance to swim around in that magical glistening water. make sure you have your swim suit and towel and dry clothes.

Its Important to note that this is a natural attraction, so it may not glow has bright if the moon is full or if rains.

The luminous Lagoon Glistening waters, located in the historic town of Falmoth in western Jamaica is one of the rare phenomenon bioluminescence occurs. It was a nice tour. The water was warm. I would recommend water shoes as they say because the bottom is mush and you sink in about 6 inches. But if the mush doesn't bother you go barefoot as our group did.

This was such a great excursion! Easy to coordinate our pick up with the driver. Boat captain is great! Swimming in the glowing water was a lifetime moment. There’s nothing I would have improved

Before we got on the boat, they served us with drinks and entertainment. It only took 15 minutes for the sun to set, and then when it was dark we set of to the glorious waters. At first the water is just plain when you look from the boat, but when you jump in it’s magical. The glowing waters magically activate with movement from your body. The water is shallow so any adult can stand without worrying.

The driver, Errol, was kind and patient when coordinating pickup from the different parts of the island I was staying. When we were driving to the luminous bay, he took song requests which was fun to sing along to. When we got to the dock, we had some chill time until the sun went down and enjoyed some rum punch and water with some friendly bartenders. The boat crew was nice, offering to take pictures of us with the luminous waters, which lasted about 15 minutes of swim time. The swimming was warm, brackish waters, with mud that kind of felt spa like, although I recommend water shoes. Definitely would do again!

This was really fun! The guides were great! Try not to go in rainy season though as its harder to see and bring water shoes!
