During this tour, different sceneries alternate along the way making the journey more pleasant.

The best preview to what expects you in Mostar is a visit to Počitelj, the small settlement on the left bank of the river Neretva, 30km from Mostar. Today it is more like a town-museum, but it was important cultural center in the past centuries. Its defensive wall and towers, even though partially preserved, are still very impressive and worth of exploring.

After the break in Počitelj, Mostar is the next stop.

In Mostar you will feel as if you were in exotic Orient, but it is nothing strange when you consider that Mostar was under Turkish domination for centuries. It is also known as a place where East meets West. The experience of Mostar will not be complete without having some traditional meal in one of the local restaurants.

The last stop on our tour will be the wonderful Kravica Waterfalls, the so-called ‘Oasis in the stone’,and is protected by the state as a natural rarity.

Pocitelj

Drive up the Adriatic coast after you are pick up from your hotel. Turn towards inland through the picturesque Neretva River Delta up to Pocitelj. The fortress town Pocitelj is a well preserved example of oriental architecture located on the hill side above the river.

We had an amazing day trip from Dubrovnik to Bosnia, visiting Mostar and the stunning Kravica waterfalls. The journey was smooth and well-organized from start to finish. Booking was incredibly easy and communication was clear throughout. Our driver was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and made the trip even more enjoyable with great insights along the way. Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to explore the beauty of Bosnia with no stress!

At the suggestion of our hotel we used this service for a day trip to Mostar and Medjugorje! Our driver Dennis was fantastic!!! He was a wealth of knowledge regarding Croatia and the sharing of his life experiences from the war made the trip even more special! He made both stops easy on us and was very flexible. After Mostar he took us for lunch to a winery in Bosnia that was excellent!!! This company also arranged a private local guide for us in Mostar and he did a great job as well.

We had fun - Mostar tour was great, local guide (Mirna) was terrific - our driver/guide Denis was very personable - one suggestion, go to waterfalls first because crowds were bad in the afternoon

I booked this trip for my mother in law to be able to go back to the town where her grandfather came from. I will be honest and say I was nervous about the trip. I was nervous if that region was safe, if I had chosen a reputable company, what would the border crossing be like, and whether or not we can make it back to our cruise ship in time. From the moment we booked, the communition with Niko was great. He always responded in a timely manner and answered all of our questions. Our driver, Denis, put us all of my worries at ease the moment we met him. He was an extremely kind person with a wealth of knowledge on his country. You can tell he loved his country and was very proud of it. He has an interesting story and we enjoyed hearing so much from him. He even made sure to include our teen and young adult child in the conversations and helped to keep everyone engaged. Plus the car we got picked up in was very clean and had great air conditioning! Denis got us to Mostar and passed us off to Dino, a Mostar guide. Dino was extremely knowledgeable and provided a wealth of information to us about Mostar. He was great! Dino took us to the restaurant that Denis booked for us for lunch. It was amazing. We had a view of the Mostar bridge and even got to witness some jumpers. It was beautiful and the food was delicious! The restaurant was called Urban. I never once felt unsafe. Denis did an excellent job of getting us across the borders and most importantly he got us back to the ship with a minute to spare! We were the last ones to the ship and laughed about it but thanks to Denis amd Dino we had an amazing time! I highly recommend this tour and these guides. These were some of the nicest people we met on our travels that went above and beyond to make sure we had the experience we came for.
