  Amazing tour!! I enjoyed it a lot, the places we visited were amazing, beautiful and it’s totally worth it, specially if you want to visit the most beautiful places in Bosnia in one way. The tour guide Emir was also very friendly, he explained very well the historical background and we had really good talks!! Very recommended

  I had the most amazing time on this tour I cannot recommend this enough honestly I learnt so much our tour guide Amir was so lovely and made the trip memorable I would recommend this tour for everyone !!

  I really can’t recommend this experience highly enough. Our driver/guide was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable and ensured we had the best possible experience. Communicative in the lead up to the tour and on the tour itself, it made for a very smooth and hassle-free experience. The tour had good integration of solo time which allowed participants to enjoy some of the locations as we wished which was a nice feature. And of course the locations themselves were quite special and extraordinarily beautiful. It is a long day, but very much a worthwhile one! Would definitely advise this to anyone who might be thinking of visiting Bosnia and Herzegovina.

  It was my first time in Bosnia, and I really enjoyed this tour. Amir was a wonderful tour guide, making us feel comfortable from the start and engaging us in great conversation, which made the drive go by very fast. He is also very knowledgeable about the history, culture, and traditions of Bosnia, and he shared many interesting stories along the way. The itinerary was well organized, the scenery was beautiful, and everything was explained clearly. I learned a lot and had an amazing experience.   I booked the tour online on booking with a small discount around 70 euros. I was contacted via WA by the agency and in the morning around 8 we found a small group of 8 people on a bus with the guide who in English explained the places to visit. The service was friendly. We were also offered a well-stuffed sandwich so given the tight times I only had ice cream on the trip. Very interesting and complete trip that lasts about 9 hours. We visited everything in the program very beautiful waterfalls and suggestive site of Blagaj with the river that flows from the mountain and the sanctuary visited barefoot. Mostar despite the out of season always with visors the famous bridge that was however rebuilt after the war, Typical the ancient village of Pocitelj with its wide views of the river and minarets.   One of the best tour I had over the last few weeks. Thanks to our guide Ben who was able to introduce and explain in great details every site he took us. He was very knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor making this tour very enjoyable. I leaned a lot, saw beautiful sites and I highly recommend this tour.

  A lot to see and, because of that, a long day from hotel pick up to hotel drop off (about 12 hours). Jasmin, the driver and guide, did a great job. He provided good background information about each place we visited, plenty of breaks and enough time to see what the group wanted to see. If you are in Sarajevo, I suggest you take this tour to get an insight to the complex history of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ These guys went above and beyond for me. They switched a tour with another company and collaborated seamlessly to make everything workout for me. They respectfully also asked if I was okay taking the trip with their company by myself as a solo female traveller, which I truly appreciated. Emir was my guide, and he was absolutely fantastic-so easy to talk to and incredibly knowledgeable. I learned so much about Bosnian culture, history (he is an expert), and fascinating niche details I wouldn’t have discovered otherwise. The very next day, I needed to take a last-minute trip, and they organized everything for me without hesitation. Simply amazing service. Highly recommended!

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience with this tour and this travel agency in Sarajevo. From the very beginning, the tour guide made me feel truly welcome. He is an incredibly gentle, caring, and responsible person who clearly loves his job and takes it very seriously. At the same time, everything felt relaxed and natural — it honestly felt more like spending the day with a friend than being on a formal tour. We joined the Sarajevo Under Siege tour, and it was outstanding. The guide is extremely knowledgeable and tells stories in a way that keeps you fully engaged. He explained the history of Sarajevo and the region in great depth, covering World War I, World War II, the Siege of Sarajevo, Yugoslavia, Bosnia, Serbia — everything — but always in a clear, human, and thoughtful way. You could really feel his passion for history and for sharing it with others. During the tour, we visited many important and meaningful places, including the Tunnel of Hope, several war checkpoints, an old hotel that was used during the war, cemeteries, a beautiful viewpoint over the city, and more. We also stopped to eat together, which added to the friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Nothing felt rushed — he made sure everyone was comfortable and that everything was well organized. What I appreciated most was how much he genuinely cared about our experience. He constantly checked that everything was going well and made sure we understood the places we were visiting, not just historically, but emotionally as well. I enjoyed this tour so much that I am actually going with him again tomorrow on a trip to Mostar — that says everything. I would highly recommend this guide and this agency to anyone visiting Sarajevo. I would absolutely do another tour with him again, without hesitation. A truly memorable experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Also, I need to write to them another review, and about Mustard, make it a lot bigger and detailed, so the same stuff about the guy. And, I don't know what else to say. We stayed in a city before Mustard, I don't remember the name, but it's very beautiful. And he told us a story about the city, it was specified in crafting wood, and somewhere they do rafting, but now no, because the river is cold. And then we went to Waterfall, he told us a story about it, and this area, the Ottomans, the Kingdom of Bosnia, the Austrian-Hungarian, everything, Serbian-Bosnian, everything, like before. And then, I don't know, it was very, very, very good, he's a good driver, he has good music taste, and he makes sure if we want bathroom, if we want to go to toilet, if we need anything, water, anything. Like, yeah, every detail that I said before about his character. And, we really enjoyed it, I did know a new group of friends, a cool group of Italians, and it was very cool. Yeah, please be creative and write about it, and we went to Mustard, which was the most close-up, with the bridge, and he even invited us to shisha, and it was very great, so be creative, and he left us to take free tours, you know, into another waterfall called Kravice, and it was very great, yeah, it was very great, long day, and heavy, but light. Absolutely — here’s a long, detailed, creative review you can use. I’ve written it warmly and naturally, and I carefully avoided being too “certain” about the city name so it still sounds authentic and honest. This tour to Mostar was one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had, and I cannot recommend this guide and travel agency enough. Once again, everything that made the Sarajevo tour special was present here — and even more. Our guide is truly an exceptional person. He is gentle, welcoming, caring, and extremely responsible. You can immediately feel how much he loves his job and how seriously he takes his role, not just as a guide, but as someone responsible for people’s comfort, safety, and overall experience. From start to finish, he made sure everyone was feeling good — checking if we needed water, bathroom stops, breaks, or anything at all. Every detail was taken care of. The journey itself was already enjoyable. He is a very good and safe driver, and the atmosphere in the car was relaxed and pleasant, helped by his great music taste. It never felt rushed or stressful — even though it was a long and full day, it somehow felt light and easy. On the way to Mostar, we stopped in a beautiful city (before reaching Mostar), where the guide told us fascinating stories about its history and traditions. He explained how the city was especially known for wood craftsmanship and how the nearby river used to be famous for rafting, although it’s not active now because the water is very cold. His storytelling really brings places to life — history doesn’t feel like a lesson, it feels like a story you want to listen to. We also visited a stunning waterfall and the surrounding area, where he explained the historical background in great detail — from the time of the Ottomans, the Kingdom of Bosnia, and the Austro-Hungarian period, to the complex Serbian–Bosnian history. Just like on the Sarajevo tour, he connects everything beautifully, helping you truly understand the region, not just see it. Arriving in Mostar was unforgettable. Seeing the famous bridge up close, hearing its story, and walking through the old town was incredible. The guide gave us time to explore freely, take photos, and really enjoy the atmosphere. At one point, he even invited us to join him for shisha, which made the experience feel even more personal and friendly — again, like spending time with friends rather than being on a tour. Another highlight was being given free time to visit Kravice Waterfalls, which were absolutely breathtaking. Being trusted to explore on our own showed how thoughtful and respectful he is as a guide. It was the perfect balance between guided storytelling and personal freedom. What also made this day special was the group itself. I met a really fun group of people, including a great group of Italians, and the whole day had such a positive, friendly energy. That kind of atmosphere doesn’t happen by accident — it’s created by a guide who knows how to bring people together. By the end of the day, we were tired — it was a long and full journey — but in the best way possible. Heavy in experiences, but light in feeling. This guide is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also kind, attentive, professional, and genuinely passionate about what he does. I felt safe, cared for, and inspired the entire time. I would recommend this tour, this guide, and this agency to anyone visiting Bosnia and Herzegovina — without hesitation. I would gladly do it all over again.   Ken and Emir were fantastic guides! They had encyclopedic knowledge of Bosnia and always fun facts about the sites we visited. Emir particularly had a funny story to tell for any moment and kept the atmosphere engaging. I highly recommend this agency, would book again
