  The view were amazing and breathtaking but its just too many tourists up there so we cant get a very good pictures of the sun rise and mount bromo. The guide Dede is very good and informative.

  NICE TRIP! Beautiful scene and good experience. Dede is an exceptionally wonderful guide. She always responded to our messages promptly and acted as a bridge in communicating with the locals, assisting us in overcoming all the challenges during our journey. She's lively, lovely, and always cheerful. we're especially grateful that she went the extra mile to mail back the tripod we accidentally left in the car. Thank you Dede🥳

  Incredible views, do not miss the opportunity to visit Mount Bromo if you’re in East Java or even coming from Bali! The scenery is like it’s from another planet and the ability to get right up onto the crater rim gave us a great look inside and made us feel very small. Do not expect solitude - there will be lots of other people joining you to watch sunrise - but it’s absolutely clear why when you experience this special place! The organisation was excellent from start to finish. In particular Gilang who took us up the mountain by 4wd was fantastic and very friendly, and Ipul who brought us from Surabaya to the Bromo area and back was great and really helpful and we enjoyed being their guest. The local guides who took us up to the viewing point and also to the waterfall were also brilliant. Despite us being tired from travelling and without sleep, adding on the visit to Bromo earlier to see the Milky Way from several different viewpoints, and also walking to the waterfalls on the way back to Surabaya is a must do. We have seen many beautiful waterfalls before but the scale and beauty of this one is staggering and well worth the stop. All in all a must do trip, and we’d recommend Tour Mount Bromo to take you on the experience if like us, you’re short on time and need the travel to work really smoothly.

  Pickup was on time, transit was overall comfortable and reliable, the driver even escorted us to the train station when we depart to make sure we are at the right station. We went in early July and could see the galaxy extremely clearly (guide told us we were lucky to have no cloud or moon that night so I could not guarantee you'll see it that well too). The waterfall trip is also recommended too as it is actually more magnificent than what google map shows, plus it was quite an experience to actually walk into the waterfall and get all wet. Pros: Unique experience, good and reliable service. Does all what it says. Cons: Entrance fee of Mount Bromo and waterfall not included, plus we noted after we arrived at Surabaya some local tour could be cheaper. However I did not regret booking it and really enjoyed it.

  The travel company is very organized and people are approachable. This is the first time that I felt so comfortable during the trip in Indonesia. Before the trip: I was contacted by them two days before the trip through WhatsApp. My guide Cici shared with me about the itinerary, what to bring for the trip and answered all of my questions. During the trip: Cici picked me up from inside the airport and I didn’t need to look for the car. It was a very good start of the trip. I felt being taken good care of ever since that. The trip took about 3 hours and then changed into a jeep to climb up the mountain. It was very cold at 3 am and we rented jackets. Cici took us to stay next to the charcoal and brought us hot drinks. Cici brought hat for my mom to stay warm. The scene was fabulous. We watched the sunrise and then went to the rim of the crater. Cici took photos for us during the whole trip and we felt comfortable walking at our own pace. Cici didn’t push us to walk faster and she stayed with us when we needed a rest. She is very kind and patient. Cici speaks very good English and communication is clear. After the trip: We were dropped at the hotel in Surabaya and this makes us feel easy to come to a city that we haven’t been to before. It took hours on the way but it was worth the time spent. Overall it is a tiring trip but we really enjoyed it. Cici and the drivers made it an enjoyable trip.
