Ryu orchestrated an extremely relaxing day touring the towns, markets and temples in the area around Mt. Fuji. We visited the Fuji Shrine and learned about the importance Mt. Fuji in Japanese culture. The mountain is quite impressive. I highly recommend this tour.
We visited Churieto Pagoda, Oshino Hakkai, Hitaguchi Hongu Fuji Shengan Shrine, and Lake Saiko

We were picked up at our hotel at the appointed time and enjoyed an informative discussion about Japan by an excellent driver. We saw all that we wanted and more and appreciated the flexibility to stay at various stops as long or as little as we wanted within the agreed overall time frame of the tour.

Thoughtful of Ryu to start to early to avoid heavy traffic and busy times. Excellent choice of place for lunch. We were given options of places to visit.
