Mt. Fuji 5th Station
The Last Point at Mt fuji where we can reach by Car. Please understand weather conditions. During hiking Season we cannot go to 5th station. You have to take shuttle bus cost 2100¥ person.

He was perfectly on time, incredibly well-spoken, educated, and truly well-mannered throughout the entire trip. Ali consistently prioritized our needs, making sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. His professionalism and warm personality made the journey unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide—highly recommended!

5.00My group had a great time with our tour guides. They arrived earlier than our planned departure time and provided a warm welcome. They were very accommodating and provided excellent insight to the locations we visited. We were able to visit many locations despite our group's size and speed. I highly recommend their service.

3.00It might have been a good tour but our driver Manjeet was not a talker and hardly spoke for the two hour journey out and two hour journey back of our 7 hours and unfortunately we had difficulty understanding each other. He did however appear to be a very nice chap. We decided against eating as we snacked at Oshino on the many various foods on sale. Manjeet however had not eaten and needed a service stop on the return journey.

1.00Our driver insisted on picking us up at 6am when we had booked the 8.30am slot due to plans the night before. When he collected us he didn’t introduce himself, didn’t ask our names or anything about us. He asked us to send him the itinerary for the day and once he received it said it wasn’t possible to go to all those and that he would take us to other ones instead. Despite our hotel being on the pick up list when booking he made it seem like we were too far away and like we were an inconvenience. At one of the stops a police car parked next to him and he told us if they ask us to say we are his friends, he said the law changed recently and he hasn’t got the right permit for tourism. The police gave the driver a warning. When leaving this area he couldn’t get the car out between the trees and almost reversed into a tree multiple times. He told us if we went over time with traffic we would be charged for it. There were multiple times on the tour that we felt unsafe in the car with him due to his driving. He told us if we didn’t give a good review he wouldn’t get paid. I requested a refund from the company and gave them a run down of our experience. They did oblige to the refund and told us that he was in a private car(which we were not aware of at the time but made sense because the door wouldn’t close properly). We were really looking forward to this tour and really disappointed to not have had the experience we had hoped for.

5.00Hazma Ali gave us the best tour experience we could have hoped for. He knew the weather ahead of time and texted us before the tour so we could prepare. One of our party experienced an allergic reaction on the tour and Hazma Ali found a pharmacy and translated so we could get the allergy situation resolved quickly. We continued on with the tour successfully. He was also a great tour guide, taking pictures of us in prime locations and explaining the history and folklore of the area. Good memories for years to come. I rarely book tours, but when I do, I prefer to use Viator.

5.00A relaxing way of seeing the famous mountain and other japanese attractions far removed from the busy life of Tokyo. There are many great stops. An old shrine, some beautiful lakes and a historic village. Our driver Sarfraz was very friendly.
