itinerary : DAY.1 07,00.am we will pickup you at your hotel and drive to start point Trekk in Sembalun village around 8:00 am.We start with a gentle climb through open meadow.After about 2 hours of walking,we will reach the post(1) 1,1300m,and another 40 minutes to Pos 2 (1500m).take lunch here and after We will continue to Pos 3 (1800m).After rest, we will go to Sembalun crater rim 2639m.It takes 3 hours including a prolonged steep climb.We will camp the night on the crater rim.We can enjoy the view of sunrise and sunset. Day 2: We wake up around 2:00 am under the cover of darkness with a hot drink and a light breakfast.We will start heading to the summit of Rinjani at 3:00 am.At 6:00.am We can reach the summit 3726 m with a beautiful sunrise,and panoramic view of Lombok island,mount Bali,mount tambora Sumbawa and Segara Anak Lake.After that,we will descend into camp site 2 hours trek down and have breakfast Then will continue to go down to Sembalun village,which takes 5 hours to reach.

5.00Climbing Mount Rinjani is one of the hardest but most incredible things we’ve ever done. The views were unreal, especially at sunrise from the summit, and the whole experience felt like something out of a movie. A huge reason why the trek was so amazing was our guide, Gacih. He was incredibly kind, funny, patient and professional from start to finish. He always made sure everyone was okay, motivated us during the toughest parts, and shared a lot about the mountain and local culture. We honestly could not have asked for a better guide. Also big respect to the porters who work unbelievably hard carrying food and equipment up the mountain. Truly impressive people. Thank you Gacih and the whole team for an unforgettable adventure — highly recommended!

5.00Tough but truly amazing tour, excellently organized. Group of 4, and a huge shout out to the 2 porters. The porters were impressive, outpacing us with all the heavy gear while keeping us well-fed at every stop. John, our guide, was the highlight of the trip. Great energy, perfect feel for the group, and whenever I was struggling he was right there to push me through. Could not have asked for a better guide.

5.00Our group of 6 had 2 friendly and experienced guides and 3 porters for our 2D1N hike to the summit. Every meal was simple yet delicious. They organised a driver to Bangsal harbour afterwards making everything seamless. The hike itself is challenging, especially Day 2, you begin around 1:30/2am and the last 2 hours are hard. I personally haven’t hiked a mountain/volcano of this magnitude (3,726m) but our guides were extremely supportive. Be sure to book a recovery massage upon completion

5.00I climbed Mount Rinjani in 2 days and 1 night, and it was an absolutely extraordinary experience! Special mention for our guide, who was really super friendly, always listening and very professional (very good English). Everything was very well organized from start to finish. Frankly, I recommend this experience 100%!

5.00We had 6 people in our group, good size. The guides and the porters were super nice and the good they served was delicious. The hike was demanding but we were lucky to experience an amazing sunrise without barely any clouds, it was the best reward!

5.00The Rinjani was closed for repairs so we had to opt for Mount Setampol (less challenging, just the other mountain beside Rinjani) and it was one of my highlights in this Indonesia trip. The food was incredible and prepared by the porters that accompanied us during the entire hike and honestly, honourable to have had hiked up with all the equipment and food in their shoulders. Reno was our guide and made our experience so much better! He always making sure we were okay, that we were having a good time or stop if we needed breaks in between the hike. This was an amazing experience and if you’re looking to do something different in Indonesia, I think you should go with this experience and hiking company!

5.00Extraordinary experience with exceptional coaching. We spent two beautiful days in beautiful landscapes. The porters loved us and prepared delicious and authentic meals. Our guide Reno and his team looked after us and our comfort at all times. The transport was on time and very comfortable. We highly recommend!

5.00We had an unforgettable Mount Rinjani hike organized through Viator. Our guide, Kas, was fantastic, supportive, knowledgeable, and a great companion throughout the trek. He made sure we reached the summit safely while sharing fascinating insights about local culture. Our two porters were also incredible, carrying all the gear, cooking delicious meals, and securing the best, most private tent spot on the mountain special for our honeymoon. Their hard work made the experience smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend this private tour! It was a truly memorable adventure!
