  We climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro in 8 days using the Lemosho route, and the trip was flawlessly organized. We heard about Exceed Expectation Tours from a buddy who has done both Kili climbing and safari with them. Our team was fantastic, and our guides were extremely helpful in making this excursion a success. We intend to travel on safari with them next year, and I can now confidently suggest their services to anyone planning a vacation in Tanzania.

  We were a couple who joined a group of five persons and hiked the Lemosho trail with Timothy as our main guide. We were hesitant to book with Exceed because we only saw and communicated through their Instagram account for the entire time. Exceed Tours turned out to be the best choice among the various organizations we contacted about doing this trip. Exceed Real did an outstanding job, and we are excited to travel on safari with them next year. Thank you to everyone on the team, especially Oscar, for your outstanding care and services.   The trip exceeded all our expectations. We had an expert guide that showed us all the highlights - all of the staff was polite and provided great service. When we arrived at the airport at 12:15 in the morning, Oscar and his driver were there with smiles on their faces ready to take us to our hotel in Moshi. The Park View Hotel was very comfortable and served as our home base before and after the climb. If you are not that experienced with mountaineering, the guides will help you every step of the way, and you can also rent gear. They were always by our side, encouraged us to go, tremendously patient as I was so tired that my pace was even slower than pole pole! I was not ready mentally that the Summit night could be that hard, Anyway I was very happy that I did my climb with Exceed Tours. All things worked out great!

  I was so lucky that I joined Mt.Kili lemosho Route 8 days with Exceed Expecations Tours in Jan ,2020 .Before the trip I have very self-confidence to climb KILI easily .But when I started the trip ,I found it I were totally wrong .Then I begin to learn from the guides( MR. Laraha and Davit ) how to adjust the body and how to really hike correctly. When the day to the summit ,because the cold weather caused my bad trachitis problems ,I can not breathe regularly made me can not walk .The team deceide left one guide and one porter to take care me and they kept encourage me do not give up and the summit is near ,Finally I took 8 hours arrived the summit by used all my strength.When went down to the camp , I have no strength at all and it is still the guide and porter took me hand by hand to take care me step by step without any hurt from any rock that is the best service I have ever had in the past .Really , thanks for this team perfect work made me arrived the summit that is the main target and most important thing I came this time .I strongly suggest you who wish to climb Mt. Kili can join Oscar and his entire team of Exceed Expectations Tours and they can gave you the best and perfessinal services.

  I will say we made the right choice choosing and booked with Exceed Expectations Tours. After i saw a lot of good and wonderful reviews within TripAdvisor we were so convinced that this agency will be the right choice among many options that we had. Only turns out they’re not only right choice but was all we need in Climbing Kili. Honestly we can’t write and describe everything here coz it will take us days or weeks, but we want to mention a few things that was great and unforgettable for us on this adventure;- > Hospitality and kindness of the whole team > The quality of the Hotel, lunch and safety > Transport from& to Airport and Kilimanjaro gate > Food for the entire trek, ohm my God what a delicious meal. > Tents, chair and tables, first aid kit and emergency plan > Guide experience, knowledge and ability to communicate with us The beautiful city and amazing environment that everyone could hope, For sure we were surprised on how organized, friendly and professional our team was.   Thank you for your support and generosity Exceed Expectations Tours, all 8 days was and this body can still walk to the top of Kilimanjaro. Being one of the largest and tallest mountain in Africa am very proud to myself and my team that we successfully made it to the top of Africa. Apart from a bad weather on few days, which force some other climbers to back down, also number of people who were evacuated by helicopter as they need an immediate attention, I was so grateful that I was able to go through all that and still made it to the top. It felt so heavy considering the weather but guides and the team were best for me and other climbers, stay positive and disciplined were the rules… and we both made it to the top and back down safe. Yes I do suggest Exceed Expectations Tours for anyone who wish to climb Mt. Kili around the world.

  I have always been an outdoorsy-type traveler, museum are cool and all but I can’t get enough of being out in nature, moving my body and exploring a new place. There were I think about going to Africa and before I knew it I started sending inquiry to different tour operator there, its takes me less than a day to get and felt pretty comfortable with Exceed Expectations Tours. A local tour operator in Tanzania “It was either Tanzania or Kenya” I choose Tanzania because it was easy to do both Safari and Kilimanjaro climbing. Yet, I thought at first my sister may have stretched the outdoorsy adventurer in me too far when she suggested that we should climb Mount Kilimanjaro. Fortunately, I pushed through my fears and end up having one of the best experience of my life. If climbing Kilimanjaro is on your bucket list but you don’t know where to start- my latest review is for you! Just look for Exceed Expectations tours and they will take you step after step on Kilimanjaro basics from planning, packing, training to actually climbing. With this guys you can be sure to get out there on the adventure of your dreams.

  Climbing Kili was among few experience that I will cherish for the rest of my life, on September, 2019 we decide to join the group for 8 days Lemosho Route with Exceed Expectations Tours. We were recommended to this guys by a friend who also hiked the mountain with them, after a number of conversation we deposit 20% as booking confirmation. I was ready for Africa and ready for Mt. kili although we were nerves but knowing we have a backup and professional team behind us from Exceed Expectations Tours made us believe and have faith that everything will be okay “turns out I was right”. For all 8 days on the mountain was challenging for both of us, sometimes we felt like we would not made it on the top, but thanks for this amazing, motivating, patient and handworker guys “Porters, cooker and guides”. At all time we have enough food, water and we also get enough time to sleep. Its help us enough in dealing with altitude as much as we go high, we go pole pole-slowly-slowly. The experience was amazing the view, cleanness especially with amount of traffic on the mountain, I was so impressed. I will like to mention at least few guys who were so important and made this adventure possible. First our guide Henry and Joseph, all the porters and Oscar the “MD”

  There are no enough words to describe this journey, so I will keep it simple! Everything was so transformative and beautiful experience for all 12 days I spent in Africa. First 8 days Lemosho Route to the top of Africa and then 4 days safari to Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Tarangire national parks. When you are there, the people, the earth, and your spirit are the most ‘alive’ you will ever feel. A very amazing friend told me as I was on my way to Africa “This is where you will learn to dance again” and she couldn’t have been more right. It’s beautiful and it’s real, and it can only be lived by you. Thank you Oscar I can’t imagine what would have happened without your guidance and passion, I also had an amazing team I could ever hope for from you. I promise to come back for more in future time.

  The day before hiking we meet with our guide who above everything else he talked to us all and I quote “It may be about 30C/90F down in Moshi Town, the higher up the mountain you get the colder it gets as well. Be sure to dress properly and don’t forget to pack a good wind/rain jacket. Dress in layers and adjust to your own temperature. Put on more and take off as soon as you’re getting colder or warmer. Don’t hike too many layers so that you’ll sweating because that will make your clothes full of moisture and then you’ll be cold when you stop moving. Hiking Kilimanjaro was such an amazing experience from the camaraderie of trek to the views we saw each day. It was incredible, but what was even more amazing is how they try keep “leave no trace” policy strong. For the amount of traffic that Mountain Kilimanjaro gets every year it is amazing at how little goes undisturbed and how little garbage you see… We hiking the mountain for 8 days Lemosho Route and when we come back we had a full day off to celebrate and take a break after this difficult but amazing journey we had. We also booked for 3 days Safari to Serengeti, Ngorongoro and 2 days Masai Village culture. On safari we saw many amazing animals just doing their thing, watching the lion’s hunt Zebra, ostrich plum about, elephants lumber and lay down for a rest, giraffes pluck leafs from a thorny acacia tree. Masai culture and food were outstanding and incredible, simply put everything was perfect from hiking to safari, accommodation to food guides and civilian was kind and amazing. Safari are sweet, Africa is awesome. Exceed Expectations Tours is the best...
