5.00GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The entire trip was so pleasant. Our guide was funny and informative. His sidekick walked us too many of the sites and took pictures of us. They even served us hot coffee and hot tea with a delicious cookie for a snack in the middle of the morning. Class act! I would highly recommend this tour

5.00This was the best excursion we took in Banff. The driver was professional and so knowledgeable. The tour guide was an expert on the area. Both were so hospitable and treated us as friends instead of customers. The stops were magnificent, especially Takakkaw Falls. The falls are a don't miss sight.

5.00We had Les and Harry as our guides. They were wonderful. Les was a wealth of knowledge and enjoyed sharing stories of the locations’ histories. We could tell that he loved his job and was a very kind man. Having him as an our tour guide was the highlight in itself. Also, thanks for the cookies!
A great way to see Banff highlights

4.00The tour was the best way to see major attractions in Banff. The driver, Bart, and host, Sam, did a great job with the narrative. I wish that we had gone to Lake Louise in the morning instead of late afternoon because in the afternoon we were looking into the sun as we looked down the lake. That, along with the haziness of the late afternoon, made getting a good picture of the lake and surrounding mountains and glacier impossible. The included lunch was only okay as we had to sit and wait about 20 minutes before we could get up to go through the buffet line. By that time, there was no salad dressing and only only one brand of soft drink available. Other than those couple of things it was a pleasant tour and the weather even cooperated by clearing to sunshine and scattered clouds by mid-morning.

5.00Adam our bus driver was unbelievable!! He was patient , did amazing job in driving the bus backwards in steep hill and stopped and gave us enough time to see the sightseeing !! It’s worth every penny
