Name on the reservation must match an oficial valid ID to be able to make the check in at Beach Club.

2.00Huge party on site. We did not have access to the entire resort. Felt like we were an afterthought. No activities and pools were cold. Servers were ok. Would not recommend

5.00You get an assigned table and server. They'll bring you whatever is on the inclusive menu. Sometimes you have to wait a while for the food.

5.00We have taken several cruises with a stop in Cozumel and have gone to Mr Sancho’s every time. The service is always great, the food is very good and the pools and bathrooms are always clean. We will not hesitate to recommend and revisit.

4.00The staff were wonderful, very kind & attentive. The food & drinks were great overall. The fish on the fish tacos was mostly breading which was odd. Also someone, likely underage teens, kept stealing our drinks off our table, or pour out almost entirely. Very strange.

5.00We have been here 5 times now and it is the only excursion I want to do in. Cozumel. The staff is very attentive, food is good, and pools are great! Can’t wait to return again.

4.00Check in was quick, I forgot a towel and they rent them for $15, but it’s a deposit and you get it back. They didn’t tell me that and I was a little salty it cost so much for a towel. They didn’t ask my preference for beach or pool but took me straight to the beach. My waiters were attentive, the food was ok and the beach was nice, I ended up moving to the pool because there were sand fleas and I was getting bit. The pool was nice, I found a spot that was shaded and was able to relax, the waiters there were also attentive. I pretty much stayed all day and it was easy to get a cab back to town. But always ask the price before you get in, he tried to charge me $30 when my ride there was only $20. Overall it was a relaxing day but I may just book a day pass to an all inclusive next time.
