Name on the reservation must match an oficial valid ID to be able to make the check in at Beach Club.

5.00We live about a 4.5 hour drive from Playa del Carmen, Q.R. We were meeting friends who were arriving on a cruise. We collectively chose Mr. Sancho’s for a day event. Important: check your conversion rate. They accept US dollars and Mexican pesos. For us that day, paying in pesos was a significantly better price. There were 1300 “guests” on-site on Friday, 28 Nov 2025. One of the people in our party inquired about a quieter area. Ivan was our lead guy for the day. What a great experience. He took us to the newer area on the north side. We had exceptional service throughout our stay. The food and drinks were delicious. You can order at your table and/or enjoy the buffet. The coconut shrimp and coconut ice cream were especially yummy! The showers/bathrooms are very clean. You need to bring your own towels and shower accessories. They do not have shampoo, body wash, etc. For someone who does not enjoy crowds nor “touristy” places, I can honestly say I had a very enjoyable experience. PLEASE remember to tip the service personnel. They make crappy money and truly cater to your every whim. Very important: DO NOT smoke nor vape on the property. If you do, you will be sent to jail!!

4.00All inclusive that hits the mark! Pool, beach, music, food, drinks…..all that you care to take in. It was good as usual, except take note…if you don’t want pool water in your drinks, stay away from any pool that lets kids in. Other than that, great place.

5.00Great, I mean awesome customer service! There was plenty to do and explore on the beach club. It is quite large and they offered braiding hair, massage, and plenty of activities. It was clean, lockers were adequate, there were showers and changing rooms and help at every corner. It was a windy day, so sea conditions weren't great, but the pools were beautiful, clean and fun! If you go, ask for Manuel Tabasco as your waiter! He was so helpful and friendly and checked on us no matter where we went!

5.00It was a very nice experience from the very beginning. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Mr. Sancho’s Beach Club is an all inclusive resort where you can spend the day when cruising. The food was very good! The place was nice and clean. The beach was very nice as well.
