This full-day tour goes from Etna, the highest active volcano in Europe, to the beautiful and characteristic town of Taormina in the afternoon. In the first part of the excursion, submerge in nature and visit old craters and lava flow caves, enjoy breathtaking views, and taste the typical local products. In the afternoon, before visiting Taormina, you will stop and see the beautiful "Isola Bella" from above.

5.00A long but wonderful day. Florence was a wonderful driver and host, offering commentary in English, French, and Italian. She was perfectly charming and very organized. She provided us the various options for activities once we arrived at 2200m at Etna. We chose to take the cable car up and she arranged the tickets for us in an instant. She also gave us great recommendations for restaurants in Catania on our way back to the city. We certainly got our steps in and enjoyed every moment.

5.00Hiking on Etna was amazing and the lava tube/cave was cool, but the visit to the winery took perhaps too long, meaning we missed the Teatro Antica in Taormina as it closed just before we arrived. Our guide Lorenzo was fantastic, with so much knowledge to share and the most pleasant demeanor.

5.00It was an amazing tour. The city we stopped in was beautiful. The weather at Mount Etna was very windy and overcast, so we couldn’t take the cable cars. The walk up Mountain Etna was very challenging, but Bruna, our guide and driver did a great job of helping and talking us through it. Would definitely recommend.

5.00Exhilarating trip up mountain Etna. We chose the e-bike option as this was quite unique. We had a lovely lunch with wine tasting followed by a Taormina visit. Here we had 2 hours which was just about enough time to gain a taster for the town. We recommend visiting the Amphitheater- lovely views. Our tour guide Salvo, was amazing. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Great tour!
