This full-day tour goes from Etna, the highest active volcano in Europe, to the beautiful and characteristic town of Taormina in the afternoon. In the first part of the excursion, submerge in nature and visit old craters and lava flow caves, enjoy breathtaking views, and taste the typical local products. In the afternoon, before visiting Taormina, you will stop and see the beautiful "Isola Bella" from above.

4.00Taormina is just a semi-quaint street selling lots of tourist tat. If you want to see beautiful, quaint and unspoiled Italian streets I recommend parts of Venice or any of the hill villages west of Siena - and I haven't explored 10% of Italy yet! But the Mount Etna visit was worthwhile. Take all the options to get to the top

5.00Great day. Claudio provided great commentary along our trip, and hiked with us on Mt. Etna. He was professional and considerate for everyone on our tour. We had samples of local food and drink and went inside a lava cave. We then had a couple of hours to tour on our own in Taormina. Great day, good meeting the others on the tour, and we felt safe and secure throughout our excursion. Thank you Etna Tribe and especially Claudio.
