IMPORTANT NOTICE: Mt. Fuji 5th Station (From July 4- September 10 2025) Access by private car will be restricted. Guests must take a shuttle bus from the base. Fees (pay on-site): Shuttle: ¥2,500/person (round trip)Parking: ¥1,000 Not included in the tour price.

Route is customizable, Please send us your prefered stop to check feasibility.

Our tours operate rain or shine and will only be cancelled in the event of unsafe weather conditions, as determined by our team. Guests have the prerogative to cancel their tour up to 24 hours in advance, in accordance with our cancellation policy.

This trip is for 10 hours duration (Applicable only for Tokyo pick ups & drop off) Any other area, operator may adjust the timings depends on how far the pick up and drop off from Fuji area. Any additional time will be charged as overtime at 2,500JPY per 30 minutes, payable directly to the driver on the day of the trip

Zeb provided an excellent service. Being able to choose the sites to visit was the best part. If you're a group of more than four people, it's definitely worth it.

Our guide, Bek, was excellent and went out of his way to accommodate our every request. One stop on the itinerary did not work out as planned because that particular attraction was closed on Mondays (the day of our visit). We had such a wonderful day overall, that by the end of our trip we had forgotten all about this omission, but Bek had not and handed us a cash refund for the missing stop.

We had a great trip where we saw mount fuji, on yamanaka lake. After that we took the cruise on lake ashi, ate delicious lumch, went to the hakone temple, and the hakone open-air museum, although the last one, we were in a hurry to get back. All in all a very comfortable way to see mount fuji, and we had a great driver zeeshan, who helped us greatly so our trip went smoothly. Also the vehicle was very comfortable and driver picked us up on time.

This was our first day in Japan and we didn't really know what to expect. It was cold and rainy, and even though this was a tour to Mt Fuji, we didn't actually get to see it due to the fog and weather. We spent most of the day in the car. We did ask to go see a temple, and managed a boat ride on the lake. With no other experience, we thought that our guide was just a driver to drop us off places, and it was a little confusing to have to figure out what we were supposed to go and do. We DID have other Viator experiences after this first day and learned that most of the guides walk with you to the places you are touring and help with the process and point out things of interest. So looking back, this day was dissapointing as we were dropped off and picked up with not a lot of interaction. The guide was nice, but was more of a driver than a guide. We probably could have gotten a taxi or taking a bus for a lot less money.

The driver and the trip was good. However, the places we have been had lineups longer than 1 hour so we could not cover many stops. Driver was excellent and car very clean. They did not have a guide available the day we went so we had to eresearch our own itinerary.

Absolutely fantastic day - thoroughly recommend! Our driver Haider was so friendly, knowledgeable and went out of his way to ensure we had the best time. The weather wasn’t great in the morning so he rejigged the order of things we wanted to see to give us the best chance of seeing Mount Fuji in the afternoon, which we did and it didn’t disappoint. Both kids asleep in the luxury van on the drive home after a day of making memories.

Great trip! Driver services were excellent; however, even the best driver can’t beat the traffic! Best not to do it on the weekend as wait times at Hakone Ropeway were over 1 hour each way

It’s started on a wrong foot right away , 0800 is the pick up time in my hotel lobby, around 5 minutes later Driver said he’s coming in 5 minutes , 5 minutes later , driver texted if I can meet him on front of train station on the other side of the building crossing a busy streets, finally saw him but I have to be in a hurry because I have to get inside the car on a busy no stopping streets ( hope u can imagine that right next to Shibuya crossing )I got in no explanation or anything just an attitude saying , he got a wrong directions, the argument between me and the driver lasted few minutes until my son said enough, The van is clean BUT there is a distinct body odor coming from somewhere ( the driver is not JAPANESE) at side of the van there were 2 car fresheners, I have to literally shake and spray to make it more bearable inside the van, we proceeded with our trip, me and the driver connected and we are talking , he seems like a nice person , he said the station 5 is closed due to some reasons , we got a few good photos of Mt Fuji, he showed to 2 different spots and it was nice but unfortunately I have to cut the trip short around 1200 I asked the driver to return back to my hotel, I cannot stand the smell ( I’m really sorry I tried to bear with it )that’s all I can say

We had a great trip where we saw mount fuji, on yamanaka lake.
