5.00Amazing experience with our guide Rakesh! Rakesh showed us all the most interesting parts of the tour, including the famous Dhobi Ghat and the lively Mumbai slums. He made everything feel engaging and easy to follow, and his enthusiasm was contagious. He was incredibly polite, had a great sense of humor, and always had an answer to any question we threw at him, even the unexpected ones. His English was excellent, and he never felt pushy or overbearing, which is something we really appreciated. On top of that, Rakesh created a very comfortable atmosphere. With him, you feel less like a tourist and more like a welcomed guest being shown the city by someone who truly loves it. He tells stories in a way that brings the places to life, and it’s clear he cares deeply about his work. Absolutely one of the best guides we’ve ever had. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate. Highly recommended!
