Our first stop in the morning is the Sultan´s Quaboos Grand Mosque. Admire there the 12m long chandelier and get an impression of Omani´s religion (Opening hours: From 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Saturday till Thursday). Explore at your next stop the exotic fish, fresh fruits and colorful vegetables at the traditional market in Muttrah. Feel free to mingle with the crowd and don’t forget to negotiate.Only a few meters from there you enter the famous MuttrahSouq where you will find a countless mix of Omani handcrafts, enjoy the oriental sound and smell the gold of Oman “Fragrances”.
We drive along the beautiful Corniche to Old Muscat, where we stop for memorable picture of the Sultan's Palace which is surrounded by the Portuguese forts of Jalali and Mirani. At the Bait Al Zubair Museum you get an exclusive chance to get informative information about the Omani culture and their history

Royal Opera House
Royal Opera House Muscat (ROHM) is a beautiful example of contemporary Omani architecture in the Sultanate of Oman. The white marble facade is beautifully lit up a golden-yellow in the evening and makes for a stunning sight. Built by a royal decree of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos Bin Said, it was designed and constructed by Carillion Alawi and completed in 2011.

5.00Great tour of Muscat! We booked very last minute from our hotel and Saif was the best person we could ever want as a guide. He made our afternoon tour amazing, he was careful of everyone’s need, spoke perfect english, explained so many interesting historical fact and drove safe and secure. He also took us for tea and dinner and the were amazing.

5.00We had the tour guide Saif. Saif showed us around Muscat, having lived here 40years ago he showed us the modern Muscat and took us to some beautiful viewing points and showed us the incredible buildings and modern architecture. Saif was a great guy, would recommend this trip and city.

5.00We have booked our trip in hotel. Our tour guide Mohammed came on time an waited us with cooled down limo. We enjoyed our tour every minute more and more, as Mohammed is really outstanding person and guide. He guided us with passion and with lot of informations we would never get traveling on our own. We were really happy at the end of the day with experience we have got.

4.00Very nice view of sunset. You get to see the forts and royal palace from the sea and also de mountains. It’s a good view. The transportation service was good and Muhammad was very kind to teach us and take us on a quick sightseeing

5.00We arrived Muscat yesterday after a very stressful week in London wondering and worrying whether we would passed the PCR tests + whether Oman would stop us Brits entering the country. What a relief on arrival to Muscat and start our Arabian adventure. Muscat by night is our first tour and we have a truly fabulous evening. We are extremely pleased to have Saif Al Brashdi as our tour guide. We are a party of seven - 3 generations with the youngest at 4 years of age. Saif is professional, experienced and patience. He is also a perfect companion to go shopping with. I thought I was good at bargaining but Saif is totally at another level. He truly went above and beyond to make our first visit to Muscat memorable. I would definitely recommend Wabar Tours and if you are lucky like us, you may have Saif as your private tour guide too.

5.00I enjoyed my evening/night tour of Muscat with my gracious guide Mohammed. The booking was made last-minute with the hotel, but I was quickly accommodated and given a wonderful experience. Omani hospitality is truly special and this was no exception! Extremely comfortable service, friendly, and a lovely tour. Thanks again!
