It was wonderful. The audio guide was the best i’ve ever used. I would definitely recommend spending the extra 5 euros

Very disappointed!! you offered the Earphone Service we paid for 6 people. However, when we arrived at the Musée de l’Orangerie, the receptionist informed us that we were not entitled to it and that we had to see you directly. She even added that she did not know you. You can imagine our disappointment, especially our daughter who was looking forward to learning more about the boards through these headphones, just like we were.

Getting the tickets is cumbersome. When we finally got them two days prior, the expiration day had passed. They were good but it was a stressor standing in line. Also, the price did not include the audio equipment as we thought

There are Two queues at outside the Orangerie museum. If you already have your ticket you queue on the right side. You will get in quicker. Our ticket was sold to us with the audio experience, but the staff said this is not true, you still have to pay if you want audio. The visit was very crowded
