At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time

Our company is not responsible for the client’s failure to appear at the meeting point for the booked tour or activity.

Last minute cancellation of flights or inability to disembark from a cruise ship, is not our company’s responsibility, therefore any refund requests due to such incidents will not be accepted. Should the client be aware of such a change, he/she is requested to communicate with our company more than 24 hours before the tour or activity starts, in order to discuss possible date or time amendment (subject to availability)

Refund requests for last minute cancellations (up to 24 hours before the tour or activity), for any reason, will not be accepted.

For any cancellation on our behalf due to bad weather (high winds over 6 degrees of the beaufort scale), the client is entitled to an 80% refund. Beforehand, our company will do everything in its power to service the customer, by offering solutions such as change of date or alternative tour or activity.

All clients are kindly requested to send their preferred meeting point and location until 3:00pm of the previous date, regarding their pick-up for the booked tour or activity. Should they fail to do so, our company will do anything it can in order to locate them (telephone, email, etc), however it is not responsible for any failure to meet them. Meeting points could be, anywhere on the island and the information necessary is either the hotel name or the name of the cruise ship they are arriving with. In the occasion that they are staying at an apartment, clients are requested to send us a google map, a nearby hotel or any information that would help us locate them. Any delay of behalf of the client (up until 15 minutes that we will be waiting for them) affects the transfer schedule and disrupts the smooth conduct of the tour/activity.

For no-name accommodations, our company will set the most convenient location for the pick-up.For accommodations that are located in a pedestrian zone, our company will set the best possible pick-up point.

Our company is not responsible for knowing whether the client is supposed to book transfer or not. The transfer schedule is prepare less than 24 hours before the operation, therefore we cannot predict such necessity.

Transfer inclusions include a certain distance, while for remote areas Elia, Kalafatis, Agrari, Panormos, Super Paradise, Kanalia, and other remote villas an additional charge will apply € 10 per person (to be paid in cash on the spot).

On late arrivals, tour content and activities that were missed would not be refunded.

No reimbursement, compensation, partial or full refunds would be given.

Itinerary: In case of a force majeure and/or reasons beyond our control and events that occur after the tour departure, we reserve the right to modify the routing and alter the itinerary.

Tour duration can vary depending on traffic conditions & weather.

The total duration includes transfer from/to hotel or port.

The Church of Panagia Paraportiani (Greek: Εκκλησία της Παναγίας της Παραπορτιανής) is situated in the neighbourhood of Kastro, in the town of Chora, on the Greek island of Mykonos. We took a tour as part of a cruise so your tour may vary. The town is truly beautiful but having narrow streets can also be crowded and busy. We visited at the end of the season and there were only 2 ships in dock from 5 expected and yet there were still plenty of people looking around. That said there are lots of quiet corners away from the main areas and there are some wonderful views. The main town is a bit of a Warren and it is easy to get lost although there are also a lot of maps and all the shopkeepers speak English and will give directions.

Great tour! If you are looking for a quick and easy tour of Old Town Mykonos, this has perfect! Our tour guide was very nice and very knowledgeable of everything Mykonos has to offer.

We took this tour on 23/03/2025 our guide Christy was soo sweet and awesome .. she took some great pics of us... showed us the most important places in old mykonos, wind mills, walking street, little Venice and bakery.. we wish to come back to this absolute gem , Mykonos & wish to hv the same guide Christy as our local guide

Guide did not show up. Directions regarding meeting place we're not explicit as there was more than one way to arrive from our ship. We spent an hour walking around found no guide. Contact by phone was no help. We were told to wait in front of the little church. We waited about 20 minutes. Then went back to the ship. Disappointing experience....

It was great, small group tour. It was at a nice leisurely pace, and our guide Elena was awesome. We were able to beat the crowds, so it was easy to keep together as a group.

Booked this amazing private walking tour in Mykonos on 4th oct 2024 , we were 4 friends and our guide was Aris Exarchos..Young local chap very knowledgeable and not only showed us all the historical points but also took us through all the inner lanes and bylanes , helped us with our shopping and took us to this amazing bakery more that 100 years old.. I would definitely recommend this walking tour .. loved Mykonos.. thanks Aris dear friend..

Helinka, our guide, was knowledgeable. We moved at a good pace and had time for pictures. The sunset was beautiful and we enjoyed the stop at the oldest bakery. We would not have known what to look at or see if we were wondering ourselves so we were glad to have a guide. We did the evening tour so opted to not take the shuttle back to our hotel and instead stayed for dinner in town which was also a great options.

We did the Sunset Waling tour with Kallinka who was so knowledgeable , lovely and accomodating. She was very happy to answer and questions and took lots of excellent photos in the perfect spots during sunset. We enjoyed her company and the knowledge she shared with us on Mykonos Old Town
