  Jairo gave us very good explanations. He had good knowledge of the area and nature. Nice with everyone. We made the visit in Spanish, but it also has good English.

  We did a whole day with Jairo with the discovery of the canals in the morning by canoe from 6am to 9am during which we discovered caimens of turtle sloths and a multitude of birds. In the afternoon the Jaguar Tours in the park was also very rich with the view of Tucans, traces of jaguar, monkey sloths and also the discovery of medicinal plants, the explanation of turtle migration etc... In the evening 2 hours of night visit with the program of spiders, a boa of locusts the famous green frog and many species noctures. In short with him you will take full eyes!   Jairo was great, very informative kayak tour and night tour. The national park tour with tour guide Arturo was just as great. Pretty much saw all the animals you can imagine including monkeys, birds, lizards, caiman, rodents, snakes, sloths, turtle, ants, and plenty of plants.

  We had our best day in Costa Rica thanks to Jairo! We first booked a canoe trip with him to Tortuguero and we were so satisfied that we also decided to book a night trip with him. Both were amazing! Jairo knows Costa Rica, Tortuguero and its wildlife very well. We saw turtles, beautiful birds, frogs, snakes, sloths, spiders and a toucan, among others. Jairo is an honest and certified guide (licensee) who has made these excursions truly unique. We recommend it without hesitation!

  Best boat tour in Tortuguero! Jairo is an excellent guide and spotter of all kinds of animals and gives a lot of highly interesting and professional background information. In addition, he has a very charming personality and we instantly felt at home on his boat. Thanks for a fun early morning tour! We'll never forget it!

  Highly recommended. Jairo is super funny, knows the right spots and sees the world through different eyes. He has a lot of respect for nature and animals - which we really appreciated. All in all, the trips (night tour and canoe tour) were really great and through his insanely good English we were able to communicate very well 😊

  We did a Kanu tour in the morning, a trail walk at noon and the night walk. We had a great time! The guides are super motivated and professionell. Especially the night walk was magical. We had a great time and saw so many interesting animals

  Jairo was an amazing guide! He combined deep knowledge about the animals and plants with a great sense of humor. He’s easy to talk to, makes everyone feel comfortable, and always had a good joke ready. We really enjoyed the canoe trip and night walk with him. He made us feel very welcome and helped with everything throughout the tour.

  It was a good tour package. Jairo did a good job. He found a lot of animals and explained a lot to us. Also about the history of Tortuguero. Despite the rain, the tours were fun and I can only recommend them.
