In Pompeii, a 2r guided tour led by an expert archaeologist reveals the haunting beauty of a city frozen in time by the eruption of 79 AD. Following your exploration, indulge in a traditional Italian lunch.
Your adventure continues to Mount Vesuvius, with a choice between two unique trails:
1. The Crater Trail leads you on a scenic ascent to the summit, where sweeping views of the Bay of Naples and a striking glimpse into the volcanic crater await.
2. The Valley of Hell offers a more adventurous path, winding through solidified lava flows from the 1944 eruption and revealing extraordinary rock formations and a hidden lava cave.
Both trails are led by experienced guides who provide insights into the geological and historical significance of the area.

5.00Excellent trip to Pompeii and mount Vesuvius. Everything was well organised and without any delays. Both our tour guide Giovanni and our driver Giovanni were fantastic with us! The driver was very experienced and ensured our trip run smoothly. The tour guide Giovanni was very engaging and kept the group entertained! We had lunch included in our trip on the way to mount Vesuvius and it was lovely. The views were stunning! Overall great experience and would highly recommend!

Pompeii is a treasure that, with Luca’s explanations, we have managed to appreciate and better understand. The food, very good and Vesuvius, a wonder of nature that we have been able to enjoy with a great climate. In short, a spectacular day!.

5.00Flora was a great operator. She was early to the meeting point and communicated very well about our meeting time off our cruise ship. The driver and Flora made absoute sure we were back to the ship on time without any issues. It was hard to understand the tour guide at pompeii, but the guide is from the pompeii so I do't believe the operator could control the different guides. Lunch was generous and delicious: a variety of apps, pasta and dessert and an included choice of beverage. be aware there are no restrooms at Mt Vesuvius but they do at the bar at the bottom. You just need to purchase something to use the restroom. Great tour and would recommend off of pompeii.
