5.00We highly recommend this experience with Andrei. This is out of the ordinary and takes us out of our comfort zone. Sauna and frozen water bath are available. In addition, the guide is extremely kind and introduces us to the goodness of Icelanders.

5.00Andri is a cool guy, and going into the Icelandic Sea was great. The breathing exercise we did before ging into the water was amazing. The theory Andri told us about the breathing is also very interesting.

5.00Andri is knowledgeable and personable. Andri started with a talk on health and mindset, and the Wim Hof method, then took me through the breathwork, and finished by taking me to my choice of 3 locations to do the cold therapy. The experience was 100% worth every penny and more than I expected.
