McLaren Falls Park
This 190 Hectare park is a piece of paradise just on the outskirts of Tauranga City. Offering a large lake with a couple wonderful waterfalls. A truly wonderful setting for us to relax with refreshments while you enjoy the local birds, waters and potentially even sheep.
Tauranga's Historical Village is a number of historic buildings and sheds offering a mixed variety of shopping experiences. Here you can explore at your own leisure.

5.00Great trip if you want to get a nice overview of Tauranga. It was a great use of the 4 hours spending time learning about Tauranga and the people. Stephen was an excellent guide. Well worth it.

5.00Unfortunately, due to bad weather, the Holland America cruise ship Westerdam could not come into port at short notice and so we missed the opportunity to take the trip and even to cancel.
