Sail on a classic sailboat in Newport, RI, and enjoy a sightseeing sailing experience around Narragansett Bay. Pass by many iconic sights during the sail, including Newport's historic lighthouses and landmarks, bridges, mansions and more! We'll even see Newport Bridge, New England's largest suspension bridge from the water.

Relax on deck of Schooner Madeleine, a beautiful classic sailboat, as the crew raises sail. Drinks are available for purchase onboard and guests are welcome to bring a snack.

This sightseeing sailing experience is great for locals and those visiting Newport in the spring, summer and fall.

Please note parking is difficult in Newport, especially on weekends. Allow at least 60 minutes to park, especially on weekends and holidays as no refunds are given for missing the boat. Guests should plan to arrive at our ticket booth 20 minutes prior to your departure time to check-in. The boat will leave promptly at the scheduled departure time. Please plan accordingly and allow for ample time for parking. For questions about weather, cancelations or rescheduling please call 401.847.0000.

Groups of 10 or more, whether booked together or separately, will be contacted by the operator for a 15% gratuity. Multiple large group bookings are subject to added fees or cancellation by operator

Crew were excellent and very knowledgeable of local waters. The Captain (Ciara) made the trip very comfortable despite a reasonably brisk wind.

We have not sailed before and thought this would be a fun way to enjoy the day. We had a great crew (Ron, Casey and Shavon (spelling?). Very Entertaining. We had a beautiful day for this sailing. Highly recommend.

Our group of 5 did an afternoon sail aboard the Madeline with Miles, Telly and Piper. The were the best crew! They had us sailing within minutes and were entertaining with the stories along the ride. It included nice service with serving drinks. A relaxing enjoyable afternoon!

This was an outstanding trip. When the wind picked up I thought they would cancel but they didn’t. It was the most fun exciting sail I have had since I did small bit sailing many years ago.

We did an afternoon sail on schooner Adirondack IV. The captain and crew were wonderful. We loved seeing the sails go up and how the crew handled them. The crew took turns during the sail to provide us with information in regard to what we were seeing. We would recommend this sail to anyone in the area!
