5.00Kodai was an excellent guide and we absolutely loved our tour of Kobe with him. He gave us a local perspective while highlighting special sights within Kobe that may not get a lot of tourists. He created an itinerary that matched our interests and went above and beyond to help our family enjoy the day. He was patient and very knowledgeable about the city and our teenagers got to experience lavender ice cream and local shops. It was a 5 - star day!

5.00We had a lovely guide called Satoko. She messaged me a few weeks before the tour to discuss what we’d like to do. Satoko then came to meet us at the cruise port and showed us around Kobe. She was so friendly and took us to some great spots. It was like having a friend show us around. At the end of the tour we were taken back to the port so there was no worry of getting lost. Thank you so much for a wonderful tour

4.00Kodai was friendly, positive, enthusiastic & considerate, with good English communication skills. Weeks prior to our tour, he was very eager to communicate with us in order to tailor his tour to our interests & preferences. Also he was super responsible, punctual, & dependable. Kodai tried hard to individualize his tour to suit our needs, even meeting us at the cruise port and later escorting us to the train station, where we needed to catch the bullet train for our next destination. Beyond the usual tourist attractions, Kodai also took pains to show us some unique aspects of Japanese and Kobe culture. A highlight was the Kobe beef museum. On top of his prepared itinerary, Kodai was quite knowledgeable, providing answers to our many questions. He has made a good start in his tour guiding career. Would recommend without reservation.

5.00Kodai was excellent. As an older group, he kept the pace for what we needed and called for Taxis when we needed to get from place to place. Went to a shrine, a local market, and Chinatown. In Chinatown he showed us where to buy delicious Japanese sweet potatoes to eat and Kobe Beef on a stick. Very respectful and polite and he made it an excellent tour. Get him as a guide!!

5.00We had our tour to Kobe with Yumeno, she is a very sweet and knowledgeable young guide. She took me and my sister to a personalised tour on time and to all the places we agreed to visit as we were visiting the port on a cruise. She even took us shopping to places not so touristy and beautiful and with good prices. We were her first guests and she did an extraordinary job, we couldn't ask for a better guide. We loved every single moment, we learn a lot and we tried delicious food. The time went so fast and we did so much! I recommend this tour to anybody who wants to know KOBE as it's a beautiful place and Yumeno is a natural sociable nice guide, very patient and her english is very good.

5.00We had a great day with our guide Kodai. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We managed to see lots of sites, used the local subway and he even took us to lunch at a traditional Japanese restaurant. This was a great way to see local traditions. Thank you Kodai for a fantastic day.

5.00We had a fantastic day exploring Kobe with our guide- Kodai. He was friendly, enthusiastic, and very knowledgeable. He tailored the tour to our specific requests, and nothing was too much trouble—he truly went above and beyond to make the day enjoyable, safe, and memorable. We visited a local food market, not a tourist market, but authentic Kobe foodie market, a beautiful Japanese shrine , a museum to learn about the city’s history and see art, and an authentic Kobe beef restaurant at our request. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to experience the real Kobe with the most engaging local guide.

5.00Excellent. Tour done at your pace. Hinata was great I would ask for her as our guide next time we visit Kobe. Hinata set a plan to see the highlights and adjusted as we walked for shopping time, stopping at a local bakery and in Chinatown for Kobe beef on a skewer.
