Full access to the falls was closed due to the weather; there was no Tesla audio self guided tour available, there were no ponchos provided as stated in the description. Guest should have been made aware so that an informed decision could have been made on purchasing tickets.

Visit the attractions but skip the Vox/Viator voucher purchase. You can buy tickets directly from the attractions, either online or at the site. None of the staff at the attractions knew anything about this “tour package” and they all had to issue separate tickets so we had to stand in line for tickets at each vendor anyway. Each vendor also needed a print copy of this tour voucher, which was an added hassle. There was no “combined tour” so no need to start at the Skylon Tower. No one knew what the “Tesla audio tour” was or where to access it. The attractions were fine but skip this “tour package”

Guide was not at the meeting place, was given instructions to go to a different location and no guide there either. Called company only to get voicemail and no return call

The tour was VOX company she was very nice and polite I like her energy and kindness, didn’t like to much crossing the town walking is was to crowds and trying to listen is was hard, But she was very fast after that we went to the túnel that was a whole beautiful adventure and amazing view.

It was not easy finding who our guide was at the meetup place in the lobby of the Skylon. We didnt understand that Vox was the company we booked with versus the travel site we booked off of. When we found someone, she didnt have record that we were had tickets with her company. I finally found my email which showed that Vox was the company but she disappeared. When I found her, she was outside taking a smoke break. She was also late which pushed our tour back. There was no sense of urgency whatsoever. She honestly was a disaster before it started. When we finally started, she actually turned things around and did a pretty good job. It ended up being a good tour although we didn’t truly understand what the tour was when we signed up. Think the description could be better online. Things that should improve: 1. Better descriptions online of who we're booking with along with what the activity is. 2. Better description on where to meet and who we should be looking for. Since there are other companies meeting at the same place, how do we know we’re looking for and where to meet? 3. Why was our reservation not accounted for? Why did the employee not have record of us? 4. Employees need to be better prepared and on time. There was a lack of organization and professionalism.
