The tour is excellent and our tour guide, Sabi, made it a fun and very interesting day. He shared lots of facts about Toronto, Niagara and all points in between as well as Canada overall - brilliant for first-time visitors like us! Unfortunately, as we started the tour, our guide told us that, apparently due to late season ice, the Hornblower was not running (though the Maid in the Mist was!). This was very frustrating, since it was known by Viator and we could have been told in time to rebook the tour for later in the week. I had specifically planned our trip schedule around the Hornblower tour and would have appreciated the heads up. The alternative Skylon Tower experience was fine, but we opted to also do the Behind the Falls experience to get closer to the water which was awesome! ..although it cost an additional $65CAD, so was an expensive add-on!

Excellent tour to Niagara falls with Michael, highly recommended! Time efficient, fun and comfortable. Michael is very knowledgeable as a guide - from sports to geography to wine making. Not to advertise this too much- i was stuck in a traffic jam and running late a few minutes. I messaged Michael and he waited for me with the whole group instead of leaving on time. Thank you!!!!

I hated this! Big scam! They make you stop in places to spend money! Wasting time going on different stores instead of spending time at the falls. Waste of money
