Its site on the Niagara River's western shore overlooks the Horseshoe Falls, the cascades' most expansive section. Elevators take visitors to a lower, wetter vantage point behind the falls. 5.00Beware - once you’ve seen Niagara Falls you may find yourself drawn back, again and again. Most enjoyable trip with Jonny, a knowledgeable and entertaining Guide. Strongly recommended.
Niagara in winter is good, too!

4.00The tour was smaller than I had expected, and they showed us around while driving the bus, which was a satisfying day. Niagara was half frozen in winter, but it was a good experience to see it like that. I've had plenty of lunch time, but it might be nice to shorten it a little bit.

5.00Original booking got changed twice by operator due to low numbers of bookings due to weather. Had to chase for updates. Once on the trip, the driver/host JONNY was excellent. Schedule adapted due to weather ie so much snow and super cold for being outside. Niagara was quiet, which I liked, although only booked the travel did behind the falls and the Skylon tower. The tower was well worth it as a self paid extra. No queues but January is the quietest month. No need for skip the queue tickets.

5.00Our guide, Garry, picked us up right on time at the location specified. We took the 1.5 hour trip to Niagara Falls, and visited many spots while in the area, including a rest stop for a maple syrup and chocolate tasting! The tour and guide were great!

4.00Overall great experience, and Pete was a great guide and driver. Giving four stars because the email confirmatikn said that pickup is at 7:45am and I was there and waited until about 8:05am, then I left. No communication until 8:20am when suddenly operator texts me and said I need to be at the pickup point at 8:30am. Luckily I was still nearby else I would have missed the tour.

5.00Great trip to Niagara Falls where boat ride and lunch was part of package purchased. Tour guide and driver Garry was very knowledgeable and gave clear instructions re what to do at each stop and when to be back on bus.

4.00Johnny our tour Guide was great ,he was friendly and knowledgeable .NOTL was great and it was the reason I picked this tour group ,I wish we could have explored there more .It was listed as journey behind the falls but we didn't do that people had the choice of the boat ride instead (extra of course ) .We toured around while everyone else ate the buffet and did the boat .The falls were amazing .
