Very family friendly. I would highly recommend good walking shoes. and truly a good way to experience, Niagara Falls fast and efficiently within 2 to 3 hours.

Our guide, Wendy, was wonderful and it was nice to skip the lines for the Falls boat ride and Under the Falls. Lots of interesting information about the history of the Falls was shared along the way.

Being notified the day before, the morning of what to expect via text would have been helpful. When I google map the address which was across the police station and garden we immediately were involved in a traffic jam due to construction. We allowed time for parking so we got to the location in plenty of time. We were amazed that the parking was $25 per hour so we paid for 3 hours as we knew the tour was 2 1/2 hour. This should have also been included with information because we would taken an Uber instead of driving a car. Unfortunately we did not read the text below the address and proceeded across the street where there was a sign that the boat cruises were cancelled because of weather and the water was slightly frozen. We didn’t know where to go so we returned to our hotel. At no time were we notified that anyone was waiting for us. I called customer service and he said he was going to address the refund I asked for. I’ve used your service many times and our reservations were always successful. I hope that we can be refunded for the 4 tickets I purchased. May I hear from you ASAP. Thank you, Gloria Romo

We purchased a boat ride and we’re not notified until we got there that we will not be going on the boat to see the falls.
