The walking tour was a great way to experience the falls. Our tour guide, Kevin, made it a memorable experience for my husband and I and our kids. The facts and stories he shared were great, but it was his delivery and sense of humor that did it for us. As my 10 year old put it, “Kevin is just a really good guy.” Overall, we recommend this tour. :)

Never use this company, We got to the falls the day before and noticed that there was ice in the river.I called and asked for a refund or what the arrangements will be in the event of bad weather. The representive on the phone said he would call the tour company and told me to wait. He said they weren't answering and would send a refund request email for me. The response to the email is that my refund would be denied because there was a skyline tower alternative posted on the website, of course, I never saw that, that is why I called and he never told me, so I am out of the money and will never use Viator again and I will let everyone know. We booked a walking tour and boat trip. The boat trip was cancelled. So there should have been some kind of discount. Everyone in the tour was very angry not a way for repeat customers. Then the walk was up a very long steep hill. I have a bad heart and knees a walking tour does not mean up a steep hill. None of this was told to us. I will be seeing my attorney to get my money back. This was not fair if you know the boat is not working and the walk is a hard uphill walk you should let people know! Thank god I didn’t die in Fri t of my kids. We left the tour walking up the hill and never got the tour either. I will be posting on any sight I can to let people know about this. Horrible vacation. First time in Canada and you made it my last!!!

Boat tour was canceled without any advance notice and switched to other activities due to the weather. Why sell the tour knowing there is still the ice on the water.
