Please note - Parking is limited in Niagara Falls and lots often fill up by mid-day. We suggest taking an Uber or Taxi to the meeting point.
This is a walking tour, guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace, you'll cover roughly 2 Km (1 mi). We encourage appropriate footwear for uneven surfaces.
Unfortunately due to the nature of this tour it is not suitable for guests with mobility impairments or with wheelchairs.
This tour takes place entirely outdoors, regardless of weather conditions. We recommend dressing appropriately for the season. Winter months in particular can be quite cold, be prepared to remain outside for the majority of the tour’s duration.
This tour is located in Canada, any guest arriving from the US will need a passport to enter Canada.

5.00We had a great time. Guide was awesome. Had a fun group of folks from the states, mostly, who enjoyed or deep southern accents. We would recommend 100%. And do the boat ride!!!!

5.00Plan to get soaked! It's exhilarating but wet. Wear clothing and protect things you don't want damp.or ruined by moisture. Enjoy. Our guide Linda was full of fun facts that inproved the experience. Thank you, Linda...you are the best.

3.00Our Guide, JD was friendly and knowledgeable. I feel the 2 package experience starting at 1:45 ending at 5:30 could have been done by 4 or 4:30. The history was interesting and fun but felt that the experience was a hurry up and wait game. We'd get to a location to be rushed aside and wait for the next spot to be available.

5.00What an amazing day! The Complete Niagara Falls Tour was an unforgettable adventure for all the family. Our guide, Mary, was fantastic—she made the experience educational and fun. The 20-minute boat ride brought us right up to the falls, and we loved the thrill of getting splashed! The walk along the boardwalk was beautiful, filled with history and stunning views. Ending with the Journey Behind the Falls was the cherry on top; it felt incredible to be so close to the roaring water. Highly recommend this tour—loved every minute of it!

5.00It’s a wonderful tour. The tour guide Jane was funny and very knowledgeable. I had my sister in law with me who has MS. I told Jane at the meeting spot about this. She was so understanding and told me we will go at my sister in laws pace and we did and she asked her several times if she was doing okay and asked her if she needed to rest. She was wonderful. She told us a load of history about the falls etc. I would highly recommend people do the guided tour as you skip the lines. No waiting. It was just a wonderful experience
