5.00Had a great experience with Rich as our tour guide! He was super knowledgeable and made everything really interesting without it feeling overwhelming. He was also right on time and even texted us to let us know he was on his way, which was a nice touch. Even our two teenagers thought he was great, which says a lot! Overall, really easygoing and enjoyable—would definitely recommend!

5.00We did have a wonderful time our tour guide . The Mainer of the mist was awesome exciting and vibrant experience with many tourists enjoying too the scenic view . The caves of the wind is exciting but unfortunately we were not able to explore down the George due to the season preparation weather .thou we tried to go up to experience the feeling of the water falls. But unable due to high wind and its drizzle hard. But we still have good time taking pictures and listening the force of the falls. By be next time we need to come early month

3.00First of all our guide was late in arriving and was in a wheelchair which made it difficult for him to be with us the whole time. He did provide a lot of information and directional instructions since he was not able to go with us to all places. Original itinerary stated 3 to 3 1/2 hours and mentioned a small van and even hotel pickup. When receiving my tickets we were just given a meeting place. However we walked to all places and he left us after 2 hours to finish seeing all places on our own. We noted other guides staying with their groups. I’m sure his being in a wheelchair limited his access but disappointing to us overall. Not sure I would book a tour for this if I had to do all over again. Niagara

2.00The advertisement is described like you will be riding not a walking tour the whole tour. I recently had foot surgery and on doctor order for some walking. And my hubby had a knee replacement. Had the advertisement said walking i would've purchased.
