  I had a whole anxiety attack on the kayak and the instructor did not care about bringing us back to the shore we had to get off on a abandoned deck and didn't come look for us

  Kyler was a fun, interesting tour guide. When our lights went out she quickly saved the day with a replacement battery. We saw the city skyline lit up at night and were lucky that it was a full moon. If you see more than a two inch brown fish on this tour, consider yourself lucky. The lights on the kayak look fun, but they don’t help you see anything. We had fun tooling around in the dark and we read the description and then signed up for this tour which gave us everything we paid for. But if you are short on time or choosing between two activities at night…unless you really love kayaking at night…

  If you plan on doing this solo, don’t I’ll call beforehand to make sure they can accommodate me as me being by myself. They said they could and then when I got there, I couldn’t even kayak

  Since we are tourists we do not know very well the locations there, we were at the EXACT time agreed on the place, there was a booth armed with a counter but there was no one, we walked 2 blocks ahead, asking in each place we saw, we reached the lake and in the lake a person X told us they should go to the agency this one corner, already for this was 6:10, the activity was at 6, when we discovered all this and arrived at the agency premises, no one helped us, no one was fazed, they just did not care and said already kayaks came out and are in the lake ask for a refund for the page, they do not care anything, or look for another possible alternative, terrible service do not give importance to their clients

  That was the last event before returning back home and we really enjoyed it. The guide did an excellent job and was there to assist us.

  If I could give this a zero star I would. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! they calmed me and ask could we move the 7pm excursion to 9. I had dinner plans and everything. When I went down there it was ghost town. I spent $240 for nothing. What a waste of money. They never replied to my text and now I’m out of money. These kind of people should be arrested

  Very kind and help full when I got scared !!! Beautiful experience! ( my bf stressed me out more than the water lol but the tour guide was very calm and understanding)

  We paid online and got there nobody there we called the number nobody picked up and we text the number found an email and email them nothing
