  We got off the plane a few hours ago traveling 24 hrs from Danang via Taiwan to NYC. So while everything is still a fond fresh memory let me say how exceptional Lilly’s Travel and especially my dear Mina! Flawless execution of many moving parts. From the North to Cambodia back to central. We fast tracked , because for a few extra dollars you are covered in any eventuality, always coordinated seamlessly in 4 airports, drivers on time 100% for two weeks, cars, vans all meticulous, all professional guides were outstanding, always knowledgeable, helpful beyond their responsibilities. Vietnam and Cambodia were marvelously executed. Constant timely communication through on what’s app. Hotels magnificent!   It was a wonderful experience. We had a 14 days trip and every day was a new experience. Enjoyed a lot. Mina helped a lot from the Lily travel agency. She managed and planned everything for us which made our whole trip hassle free.

  We recently finished our 8 days tour with Lily travels. The arrangements were very well taken care especially the accomodation and punctual airport transfers. Everything was provided to us during trip as promised. Mina was always approachable and prompt in responding our queries. Although there was last minute change in the Cruise to Halong bay which we felt was a bit crowded for its capacity. Otherwise everything was smooth and seamless. Thanks Lily travels for making our trip enjoyable and memorable. Regards

  I went on a day trip to Ninh Binh on 20 February 2026, organised by Lily's Travel Agency. My first contact with the company was with Ngan (Amy) who was very friendly and helpful. She put me in contact with Minh who arranged this trip for me at short notice. Mina then dealt with the administration of the trip by providing clear instructions of what to expect from the trip. I really enjoyed this day trip. There was a variety of activities throughout the day with a lovely buffet lunch included. Thank you team for making this day trip possible for me.

  We booked our Ha Long Bay overnight cruise and Ninh Binh day trip through Lily’s Travel, including round-trip transport from our hotel in the Old Quarter, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, everything was organized professionally. The hotel pickups were punctual, the transfers were comfortable, and the schedules were clearly communicated. The Ha Long Bay overnight cruise was absolutely breathtaking. The scenery was unreal, the cruise was well-managed, the staff were friendly, and everything felt smooth and stress-free. It was truly one of the highlights of our Vietnam trip. Our Ninh Binh day trip was equally memorable — beautiful landscapes, well-planned itinerary, and great coordination throughout the day.
