5.00We had a fun trip to Ninh Binh with our knowledgeable and friendly guide Lily. The weather was wonderful, the scenery gorgeous and everything went perfectly! Special thanks to Mina in the main office who coordinated our 9 day trip (for 9 friends) to Hanoi (Ninh Binh, Halong Bay), Hoi An (Da Nang) and Ho Chi Minh City (Cu Chi Tunnels and Mekong Delta). Excellent planning and support all along the way

5.00In addition to learning about the history of Annan and visiting the ancient city, the most important is the magnificent view of Lang Long Bay, the small boat floats on the clear waterways, where you are placed, and the whole body and mind are unconsciously relaxed.

They stayed in contact with us the whole time, always available, and kept us informed and guided at every step , from tickets to transfers, hotels, and airport pickups. We also had to change our plans because of the weather, and they handled it quickly and easily. Everything was smooth and stress-free. 5.00Lily's travel made the planning of my Hanoi trip very easy. They worked with all tour providers and arravged all the dropoff and pickups. I did 2 day trips to ha long Bay and Ninh Binh as well as 2 night trip to Sapa. I worked with an agent over Whatsapp initially and then when I finally arrived in Hanoi, I went to their office and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Cjay was assigned to me as 24x7 contact and I kid you not he really was available almost every time despite the time difference. He was very patient with the questions and always helped as much as possible. I’ll highly recommend using Lily’s travel for your travel bookings.
