We rented a bike from here. The guy running the place was very friendly and speaks really good English. The bikes are a bit old but they work well and are in great shape (all the meters work and are accurate, a rarity for Vietnam!) and for a very good price After dropping off the bike he brought us to a nearby hotel for the bus. Great bit of extra service after he has already been paid!

They went above and beyond to make sure out trip in ninh binh was most enjoyable. Unlike any other rental place that would have just given the bikes and let us off on our way we were greeted and were given tips to best navigate ninh binh and provided bikes with such short notice. Highly recommend!!

Lee was the sweetest, nicest person we met since arriving in Vietnam. She helped us with everything from the bike rentals to organising us a private guide with her extremely nice friend up to organising the taxi ride back to Hanoi, all at a very fair price. Don't go through travel our tour agencies as they will charge you 10x more, go with Lee !!!
