Over 90% of our customers have caught the Auroras last 5 years. During the tour you learn the basics of Aurora hunting so that you can also hunt them down by yourself for example if going further North. We provide also possibility for photoshootings when Auroras caught.

We pick you up from Kemi or Haparanda-Tornio hotels/stations and drive 15-30 min to suitable Aurora spot(s). We check the sky, moon, stars and Auroras when they occur. We teach you the best practices for catching the Northern Lights. Possibility also for photoshootings with the Auroras when they occur. Past years 2021 - 2024 we reached the level that over 90% of our Hunt and Chase groups caught the Auroras during their visit in Lapland and same level has also continued during 2025. Our unique expertise is based on persistent research of the Auroras and the apps predicting the occurrence of Northern Lights in specific regions. We also finetune the starting times and even recommend our customers to cancel with full refund those Hunts and Chases when the chances are too low for catching the Greens. Please note that the Aurora Borealis / Northern Lights are natural phenomenon and therefore sighting cannot be guaranteed. We communicate on Hunts and Chases via Whatsapp. Happy Hunting!

5.00Amazing experience! Despite a cloudy night and low solar activity, the guides took us to spots with clear skies, waited for the Aurora to appear, and captured some amazing pictures for us. Communication was efficient and honest throughout the entire trip. It's important to understand that the Northern Lights and weather are natural phenomena; their intensity and occurrence are out of the guides' control. Don’t expect a "postcard" experience unless conditions are perfect, but these guys do their absolute best to find them even when the odds are against them.

5.00The Tour guides were amazing. They ensured we are at the right spot to see the northern lights. It was so much fun leaving one area to the next. Chasing, trying to get the perfect views of the Aurora. It was an amazing experience for us. Would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone looking for fun and entertainment finding the Northern lights. Be prepared to be entertained for between 4 to 6 amazing hours!!!

5.00Marko and Timo were amazing! We had a week with 100% cloud cover, we still took the activity and after a few hours spent in Sweden we had an incredible show, well beyond our expectations! Marko took pictures and took us hunting brightly colored aurora, we saw them dancing right over our heads, Marko and Timo are great guides you won't be disappointed with! Thank you again.

5.00Amazing !! Marko has a lot of experience and knowledge about hunting aurora and he does it in a very natural way. He does know a lot of Finland history and culture and likes to share it. The whole team was perfect !! We drove to Sweden to catch them and of course with Markos help we did it.
Spectacular and emotional Northern Lights experience

5.00I travelled to Finnish Lapland with a group of four friends and we stayed in Kemi. A special mention goes to the organizer, Marko , a very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable guide. The entire experience was extremely well organized from start to finish. Marko has an excellent understanding of aurora forecasting and carefully selected the best night with clear skies, resulting in outstanding aurora visibility. He regularly updates guests about the chances of seeing the Northern Lights and only proceeds with the chase when there is a genuinely high probability. Marko personally picked us up from our accommodation, after which we joined a group of around 15 people, comfortably accommodated in a larger van. Once the chase began, we were fortunate enough to witness the birth of a strong aurora quite early in the evening. Seeing my first aurora slowly forming in the sky was truly emotional. We stopped at a nearby viewpoint, where we spent about 20–30 minutes outside admiring the Northern Lights and taking many photos. Afterwards, we continued to the Salmon Lodge, which offered an even more spectacular viewpoint. The auroras were directly above us. At the lodge, professional photography equipment was available, and we received beautiful group photos. There was also the chance to warm up inside the lodge, which was very cozy, especially considering the temperature was around -17°C. Hot beverages and sausages were provided, which was a very welcome and thoughtful touch. At the end of the experience, Marko conveniently drove us back to our accommodation. Overall, the experience was superb. My group and I absolutely loved it and highly recommend it.

5.00We had the chance to hunt aurora twice, with Marko and Timo, very friendly and especially professional guides and hunters! They give the maximum and do not skimp on time and means to make you live THIS moment, the one when Aurora appears in the sky, when your eyes light up and no sound other than "wooow" comes out of your mouth. Both times have been a success and it is certain that we will engrave in memory these magnificent aurora dancing in the sky! Thank you to them for their efficiency, their explanations, their patience with our approximate English and thank you for allowing us to live this magical experience unforgettable!
