Over 90% of our customers have caught the Auroras last 5 years. During the tour you learn the basics of Aurora hunting so that you can also hunt them down by yourself for example if going further North. We provide also possibility for photoshootings when Auroras caught.

We pick you up from Kemi or Haparanda-Tornio hotels/stations and drive 15-30 min to suitable Aurora spot(s). We check the sky, moon, stars and Auroras when they occur. We teach you the best practices for catching the Northern Lights. Possibility also for photoshootings with the Auroras when they occur. Past years 2021 - 2024 we reached the level that over 90% of our Hunt and Chase groups caught the Auroras during their visit in Lapland and same level has also continued during 2025. Our unique expertise is based on persistent research of the Auroras and the apps predicting the occurrence of Northern Lights in specific regions. We also finetune the starting times and even recommend our customers to cancel with full refund those Hunts and Chases when the chances are too low for catching the Greens. Please note that the Aurora Borealis / Northern Lights are natural phenomenon and therefore sighting cannot be guaranteed. We communicate on Hunts and Chases via Whatsapp. Happy Hunting!

Unusual experience to do once in a lifetime! Guides at the top and superb encounters. A clear sky that allowed us to admire beautiful aurora borealis ❤️

Don't join this tour seriously, it just ruins your holiday. I don't usually comment, but this time i feel like i need to share my horrible experience with you all. 1. There is no information regarding pick up time and location before the tour. You need to contact the tour guide by yourself and would be added to a whatsapp group. You only got the meeting time and location at around 5pm sth. The tour started at 8pm. This is not convenient for travel plan. 2. The order is "with pick up". But the bus driver said my hotel location is closed to train station, asked me to walk to train station and only drove me near the hotel, refused to go to my hotel. There was a snow storm that time, very dangerous, esp for people who is not used to walk in snow and ice and in the dark. 3. Not able to see / capture any aurora with your eyes and phone camera. They only took a photo of all of you, after a while, (possible photoshop?), showed you the photo they took and said yes we caught the aurora. They did not even help you and your companion took any small group photo. May I ask why would I want a photo with some strangers and a photoshop aurora? 4. I booked " the chase", the expensive one, supposed to go to multiple spots for aurora. They just took us to 2 spots at last, with no visible aurora. 5. After this disappointment, I talked to a local driver the next day. He said actually it is possible to see aurora in kemi city district if the weather and all sorts of condition are good. I joined another aurora tour in rovaniemi 2 days later, was an entirely different experience, the tour guide was so nice and professional. After a train delay, I got a late time slot for visiting santa, so i told him can he pick me up in santa clause village, instead of the prebooked hotel pick up location, he said yes, he picked us up with luggage and sent us back to hotel after the tour. He did his best to search aurora in real multiple spots for us even when we all already felt asleep. He took lots of photo for us, no need time(time for photoshop), he showed the photo to us directly. We were also able to capture aurora with our phone. The aurora was pale greyish green, not bright as photo, but all of us were very satisfied and touched. So avoid this tour to avoid disappointment and anger. Good luck for seeing aurora if you are going to finland, it is spectactular.

Amazing experience! Despite a cloudy night and low solar activity, the guides took us to spots with clear skies, waited for the Aurora to appear, and captured some amazing pictures for us. Communication was efficient and honest throughout the entire trip. It's important to understand that the Northern Lights and weather are natural phenomena; their intensity and occurrence are out of the guides' control. Don’t expect a "postcard" experience unless conditions are perfect, but these guys do their absolute best to find them even when the odds are against them.

The Tour guides were amazing. They ensured we are at the right spot to see the northern lights. It was so much fun leaving one area to the next. Chasing, trying to get the perfect views of the Aurora. It was an amazing experience for us. Would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone looking for fun and entertainment finding the Northern lights. Be prepared to be entertained for between 4 to 6 amazing hours!!!

Marko and Timo were amazing! We had a week with 100% cloud cover, we still took the activity and after a few hours spent in Sweden we had an incredible show, well beyond our expectations! Marko took pictures and took us hunting brightly colored aurora, we saw them dancing right over our heads, Marko and Timo are great guides you won't be disappointed with! Thank you again.
