The Northern Lights hunting is a bestseller outdoors night tour. 2,5 hours in a traditional tent with a campfire on a beautiful lake shore, in the wonderful surroundings of the Levi region.

Warm outfit (if the temperature is under -15 degrees outside), a professional guide, hot drink and snacks on fire and hopefully the main feature - the Aurora Borealis will make you feel the real spirit of Lapland.

We loved our guide. And most importantly, he could speak our language. German. Which gave it even more pepp. At 2 different points we looked for the Northern Lights. During our campfire, where Reino conjured delicious snacks, we were lucky. With the naked eyes you take the Northern Lights was heavy, but once the phone is in use you can see the characteristic stripes in the sky. It was the first time we saw this phenomenon. It was not as intense as we wanted, but visible.

This was a great experience thanks to our tour guide Adrian, he was very friendly and outgoing, showed us the places with best visibility, we cooked marshmallows and hot dogs, lots of laughs and good times and we were lucky at the end to have the skies clear and give us the aurora borealis sighting. For being our first time, this was incredible to experience after so much cloudy forecast. Would highly recommend this tour!

We had a fantastic time. Our guide, Alex (so sorry if I'm spelling it wrong!) was great. He was very knowledgeable of the area and had great stories to tell about the area and what we were doing. He was also wonderful dealing with our inquisitive kids. The campfire site and wooded area we went for the tour was a great way to see what Lapland is really like outside the cities. Also, cooking salmon over an open fire is a must see/do/eat. Unfortunately we didn't get to see the lights, but the whole experience was amazing. Would recommend this tour if you're headed to Levi!

Basically sat round a fire talking, roasted marshmallows and sausages. We did feed the reindeers which was fun but that is all. Obviously it was not the guides fault there was no lights to see but the trip itself was not worth the money.

Unfortunately, did not see the northern lights. Tour guide Adrian was very good. The food could have been better. Just sausage and marshmallows. The snowmobile sleigh ride was a great bonus.

Perfect! We got collected in the evening by Alex, our guide He was cool and easygoing, we visited a calm place outside of Levi, a snowy lake, we had hot drinks and sausages, and listened to the tails and stories of old Lapland! Smooth tour, thanks, Alex!

Passionate and warm guide. I recommend ! The guide took the time to take photos of us and tell us stories about the history of the northern lights. Excellent.
No attempt to find aurora

Although our guides were nice and polite, we can only feel scammed as after paying $300+ euros for the family for this ‘aurora hunt’. There was no attempt to hunt for aurora at all!!! All we had was a bbq with sausages and marshmallows. And this felt like a very expensive bbq. This is much in contrast to another aurora tour we had where the operator was actively trying to find the light for us, drove around for an hour hunting and had a professional camera to capture the magical moment for us.
